I woke up in the morning and felt amazing. After my shower, I dried my hair and straightened it. I put on a little more make up than usual, which I never did. I always had my hair tied in a knot and wore little to no makeup. As I rummaged through my closet I found some skinny jeans and a baseball tee and put those on. I ran downstairs and decided I would have to eat on the way there, since it was 5 minutes before the bus was there. I grabbed some Chex- Mix to munch on, throughout the bus ride.

When I got off the bus, Matt was there to greet me.

"Whoa, who are you?" he said jokingly

"Was that supposed to be a compliment?" I asked, sounding too eager for my liking

"Well duh. You look very pretty." Matt said as he wrapped his arm around my waist

I felt like a dynamite went off in my stomach. Last week I was literally stalking his twitter and instagram, dreaming he would at least say hi to me, but now his arm is around my waist. Even better than my daydreams I guess.

I heard Carter yell from behind us "Get some Espinosa."

I instantly got as red as a tomato and my stomach did a total back flip. I felt a smile slip on my face, but I wiped it away not wanting Matt to see. Did Matt like me? He was being touchy and now Carter was telling him to get some? Probably not, I have no luck, and that would be too good to be true.

I ignored those thoughts and continued walking to the door with Matt. He opened it for me and rested his hand on the small of my back as he lightly pushed me into the school before we got trampled by all of the kids.

He walked me to my locker, just when we got there he handed me a folded up piece of paper.

Before I could say anything, he was gone. I opened up the note.

Meet me here at 9:30 Friday night.

I scanned the paper and found his number and some random address at the bottom of the page.

I was excited, but at the same time nervous as hell.

I walked off to class and dreaded every one I didn't have with Matt. I really wanted to tell him how I felt, maybe I could when we went to this unknown place on Friday. I didn't know if I was ready, but he had to know at some point, so I prepared myself.
