7- the plumber and the princess

BOWSERS POV

Clawdia just nodded. "Tell me more."

"Well, anyway, him, Luigi and Jumpman spent months fixing the castle. She had to move to Sarasaland for a while with her cousin Daisy for a while. Anyway, they never found out it was me that flood the castle."

"Why are you banned then?"

"I'm getting to it!"

Clawdia just nodded.

"Peach and Mario have never had a proper relationship. A hookup maybe. They might do bits with each other. It's been about 11 years, and they still aren't official. Which is strange, honestly. Her parents really don't approve, seeing as she's royalty and all. Mario loves her more than she loves him,"I said.

"That's sad. For Mario."

"Well, anyway, Mario found out that you left me. And he told some of his friends. Soon the whole town knew. I was the talk of the town. I was so ashamed. So I decided to make Mario feel my pain, and took his woman away from him,"I said.

"Where did you bring her?"

"Well, I got on the first bus that came, and I ended up coming back here. Nobody really lived back here when I came back first. I found this castle. It was abandoned, so I just brought her down to the basement."

"When was this?"asked Clawdia.

"1985."

Clawdia nodded.

"She screamed for a while, until I told her that nobody was coming. She ended up staying with me for a month. She took care of Junior with me. She acted like a mother. She was reliable. At first I treated it like a platonic thing. She thought she was a slave at first. But then, she started getting, weird around me,"I said.

Clawdia asked,"What kind of weird?"

"Well, one day, she pounced on me, and well, she lost her virginity to me,"I said.

"How do you know?"Clawdia asked. She sounded hurt.

"Clawdia, I never knew you were coming back,"I said, hugging her.

She hugged back. "I understand. Technically it wasn't cheating. I was already gone for a year."

"Well, I heard Mario bragging that he got the princess to lose her virginity to him. And then the guilt hit me,"I said. "That was at my trial."

"Oh,"she said.

"Anyways, I was banned from the mushroom kingdom. I found this castle again. I brought all of Juniors baby stuff and brought it here. I also went out of town and got the whole place redone. Because at that point I had adopted the koopalings. I thought that would fill the hole,"I said.

Clawdia stayed silent.

"Having 8 children kept me busy for a while. It was all good. They knew they were adopted from day 1 though. I didn't want to lie to them. Well anyways, the next year, 1986, I finally got it down how to raise 8 kids. So then I thought that I should kidnap the princess again. Because we had fun the last time,"I said.

Clawdia rolled her eyes. "Ok, I get it. How many times did you kidnap her? And for how long?"

"I've never successfully kidnapped her. Mario came every time to kick my ass and bring her back. He never found out about me and her being a thing,"I said.

"When was the last time you kidnapped her? I promise I won't ask anymore questions!"

"Well, last year. But as you know, the kids are getting older and I didn't want them to be too in on it, so I found another castle, another 3 or 4 hours back. It took so long for them to find us. It was so fun though, the three or more months we had together. I didn't keep track on it."

"Who took care of the kids?"she asked.

"The koopalings were all old enough to take care of themselves. They were all 13. Plenty old enough. And Junior was 11. They knew I was going to be ok, since I've done this kind of thing before. And I don't do it every year. At the start I did, but now I do it every, 2, 3 years. But I don't have to now that you're back,"I said happily.
