4: Last day

"Not bad, I have underestimated the both of you", Akashi said as he walked towards the both of you .

"At least we were champions," Ryo stated as if it was a matter of fact.

" what a pity, our last competition and last year in this middle school when we had Finally get to know the both of you," Akashi said , you can feel a hint of sadness when he said.

With that , y'all are champions. Then it was the time where y'all have to choose your high schools. You and Ryo will go to the same high school .

On the final day in middle school. You were walking out of the school , you looked back and thought of the moments in this middle school.

You will not forget them. You continued to walk when someone tapped your shoulder.

Your reflexes and speed should have reacted but somehow you felt calmer and felt warmth behind you. you turned to face Akashi.

"What do you want?," you asked calmly.

"Which high school are you going?"

"Seirin high" , you lied. You totally lied. you actually went along with your brothers option and not Seirin high. you lied perfectly that you can see sadness in Akashi's eyes.

"Hmm,is that so", Akashi said in disappointment

"Yes, so that is", you replied sacarstically trying to joke.

"Say, will you go out with me?" Said Akashi,"this is an order, you cannot refuse!" He said it seriously this time and glared at you, penetrating your soul to find any hint of worries or lies.

You felt your cheeks heating up when he asked you to go out.

You softly replied,"yes..."

"Fine then let's go now."

"Wait what...now?!"

"Yes, now"

"But my brother-"

"Don't worry about that, I have spoken to him just now"

Now , you are dying to know what Akashi said to your brother . What if he asked about going to the high school question and what if the answers are different

"Oh.. I see" , was what you could produce.

"Let's go", Akashi grabbed your hand and he walked a little bit faster. You blushed at the direct contact he made.

"Where are we going?"you asked . You were feeling hot internally and your heart is pounding .

He brought you to an expensive restaurant .

Sure, rich boys will pay this kind of quality stuff. you inferred from your thoughts that he was rich . Both you and Akashi settled down at a couples table.

You stared at his eyes. Admiring the beauty of his crimson red eyes. You have to accept that he really has some charming eyes ,not only that, rumour said it that he was one of perfect students in Teiko.

Then it was long silence between you and Akashi . You were also admiring his facial features.

After ordering the food, Akashi broke the silence ," (f/n), I wish I could've gotten to know you more... But... It seems that heaven is turning against us . We won't be in the same high school."

From this , you can confirm that your brother also lied, probably the same school that you both lied.

"This would be, perhaps, the last time we will be seeing each other", he replied and he leaned forward so close to yours . His face is dangerously close to yours.

You were blushing madly and you felt a rush of excitement in your body . Your heart continues to pound very hard . You feel butterflies already laying eggs in your stomach.

Then... Akashi gave a kiss on your lips and you were enjoying it.

After for a while, you pulled back ,"Sei-Seijuro...." You finally said his name. Akashi's face lit up and was relieved to finally hear his name from your beautiful and sweet voice.

After that, you and Akashi wen your for a little walk in the park. You know that you kinda fell for him.

Both of you exchanged phone numbers.
Before you both parted , Akashi grabbed your hand tightly and said ," We will meet again."

You nodded and you turned around and walked back to home.

After a few footsteps ahead from akashi. you can hear a few sheds of tears shedded from Akashi . A few only.

Akashi knows crying? You thought to yourself .

You just wondered how cute he can be too~

You went home late . and you saw your brother lying on the couch,and asked you," hey (f /n) , How's your *cough cough*....date?"

You blushed at what Ryo said," well not really date, maybe just like a short farewell. it was okay... and Akashi kinda shed a few tears..."

"Akashi... ActUaLLy knows crying....."

"Humans have feelings, Ryo "

"Say have you asked which high school is he going? I lied to him when he asked which high school I was going."

"Oh I see . you also lied.... But I didn't ask him about which high school he would be going...", then you realized that you and Akashi have each other's phone numbers.

You fished out your phone from your pocket and texted:

(F/n)(l/n) here, Seijuro, which high school are you going to?
His reply was quick and immediate:
Rakuzan high

...

...

You replied:
Hmm. ok I see
...
...

"RAKUZAN HIGH?" You shouted across the whole room.

"WHO?" Ryo shouted back ,popped out of nowhere and ran down the stairs.

" The almighty red headed emperor"

"Oh dang shiz....."

In your mind: how am I going to say this to him when we are going to meet...

"So we will see him again, huh...", Ryo stated.

"I don't know what will have to say when the next time we meet... you ,too, also lied to him right?"

"Well yeah, sometimes we have to. yeah",Ryo shrugged.

The both of you didn't like other people to know you too fondly and you didn't like when others invade your privacy and stuffs .

So most of time if these things happen, you both will lie.
