9: Worry(?)

You heard Hailey screaming away with the chemical spilt on her hand.

The teacher heard Hailey scream and turn to the direction where you and Hailey were," who's screaming?"
He walked towards you and Hailey and advised the class," Class, do be careful for those who are testing for prescence of ammonia. Make sure you don't heat it for too long or else it would spill out."

He asked Hailey ,"are you okay?"

"Y-eah-h"

She pretended to be frail and fragile to win sympathy from the class and make you the bad guy. Soon, classmates started to feel and asked whether if she was okay.

"I believe you are not testing for the prescence of ammonia, who did this to you?"

"The one who's beside me ."

"Very well," the teacher cranked his head towards you and warned,"this shall be the last time for any accidents to occur from you. Now clean up the remaining chemical on the table."

You groaned as you listened to what the teacher told you to do.

Then as you cleaned, you thought of what happened back then. She is going to be the manager?! Oh hell no .you thought .ughhhh these days can't get any worse, can it?

-Ryo and Akashi scene-

Ryo's pov

Wahh I spilt it. Despite that, Akashi still remained calm... He told me to go and clean it up without the teacher noticing it.

But I was mentally disturbed by what he said that Hailey is going to be the basket ball team manager?

This is rather bad.

I saw nee-chan and Hailey in trouble too. It seemed that Hailey is the injured party, she was sent to the medical wing .

What disturbed me most was that Akashi had a worried look. He is actually worried for who? Worried for you or Hailey?

But today's first basketball practice... I hope nothing goes any worse today for nee-chan...

Who was he worried for?

Akashi's pov

I didn't know that (f/n) would break her focus. She would never break her focus .

Even in basketball age was very concentrated on the game. I doubt Hailey said something that made her feel uncomfortable that (f/n) heated the chemicals for too long. I do hope (f/n) do not get me wrong but I chose Hailey as a manager because she is much clever and her skills are better.

She would be an advantage to the team with her intelligent and collecting data skills.

I hope these two come to a resolution.

Still Akashi's pov

I was worried for Hailey whether she could come for basketball session today. She got hurt because of (f/n) . Because she lost her.... Wait she lost her focus... It sounds wrong. (f/n) never loses her focus even if it's basketball.

I should be worrying about (f/n). I doubt that Hailey said something uncomfortable that (f/n) forgot that she heated the chemicals for too long.

Am I going too far? I hope not. it was the best. Hailey was far the smartest , best data collecter and specialist I can find.
