20. Swelling emotions

I am sorry for whatever has happened. I shouldn't have accused you like everyone do.

Love,- you were about to read the last and best part when the door opened and a doctor and nurse went forward to you.

Your eyes widened and saw who they were.

"Dr Tachibana and... nurse Tachibana...what...what are you doing here?" You asked,"i don't understand at all. I don't know anymore...what happened?"

"It's a long story... but you will be fully recovered in 3-4 months...it should be. you have several fractures on your ribcage ,so it may take time,"dr Tachibana said with a smile.

"My doctor has operated on you,(f/n)... It was a success ," the nurse said.

"You..you operated...on ...on me?"you stuttered.

"Yea...." he turned to look at one side . but as he turned back to face you, you gave a him a bright smile,"thank you dr..."

He soon began to tear.

"Dr, why are you crying ?" You asked sadly.

"No it's just...i am so glad to meet you... you smiled... I am so so...happy... even if I can't save my daughter...at least I can save someone who is like a reflection of my daughter... you change our lives...young one..." he cried very very hard.

The nurse looked at him sadly," it's alright honey... I am pretty sure that Hailey would be happy to have (f/n) saved..."

"Mmm...but I still don't understand ..."you said," how you became a surgeon again?"

"Oh....yea... I begged the chief together with your wife to become a surgeon again. But he keep saying no. My wife and I continued to beg. It was then when we heard that you met in an accident. We said that WE want I save you since... you changed our lives..."

Then the chief came in. "...! But it's only for this operation that we can operate on you..." dr Tachibana said.

The chief suddenly came in and passed a clipboard with some papers on it to them.

You look at them curiously. A smile etched on both the doctor and nurse .

"Yes ,after seeing you two in action and were determined I save her..." the chief said...

"We can save lives again? Really doctor ?" Dr Tachibana couldn't believe in his eyes in what he was seeing.

"Yes..."

"Thank you so much...chief...you do not know how exactly this is important to us.."

"And I suppose you are the one who solved the case of the girls death right?"the chief asked you.

"Yeah...together with dr Kimoshi and navel Fuhi ..." you replied.

"I am impressed to be honest...you are really a smart one."

"Thank you."

"We better get going, see you later ,(f/n)," dr Tachibana said as he and gang left.

You sighed a relief and thought...everything is over ...i ... don't know what to say... wait the flowers and the tag!

It reads 'love, Akashi ..."

You blushed slightly and smiled to yourself...is it really over?

Then ....

"Nee-chan..."

That voice... Ryo!

You turned your head to look at the door.

The entrance stood beautifully were the Baka Ryo and handsome Akashi .

Both of them each have an item carried.

Ryo brought a Tin lunchbox .

Akashi brought... it was hidden by his back so ...yeah.

"PROUDLY BROUGHT TO YOU BY RYO AND AKASHI!" Ryo shouted as he does "cool guy pose"

"This is a hospital you bakaryo!" You said.

"Whoooops~" Ryo sheepishly said.

"Nee-chan here, I packet your favourite food into this lunchbox , hopefully you enjoy it!" Ryo said as he opened up the lunchbox.

"Thank you Ryo ," you thanked him ," but I am not hungry yet."

"Do you know the doctor who operated on you is-"

"Dr Tachibana.. I know...didn't I tell you?"

"I didn't even see his face!"

"Umm", Akashi interrupted.

"Oh that right! I will be leaving right now or nevah! Toodles!" Ryo left the room immediately.

The room only consisted of you and Akashi as two living things.

"I ...I wanted to say sorry," Akashi said as his head hung low.

"Uh ...uh no no ...it-it's ok," you flustered.

There was a loooooooong silence after that.

Akashi broke the awkward silence and said,"(f/n), there's also something I would like to say to you ..."

You anticipated the moment and every move he makes made you curious.

He revealed the item behind his back that it was hidden all along.
