Chapter 1: Zit

That was ten years ago.

Back when the kids were small and innocent.

Hongjoon and Seonghwa believe time has flew too fast.

Birthdays have come and gone just like that.

They still remember the day adopted the kids. Yunho being the first one. He was just two years old. His parents had died in a car crash.

Luckily he wasn't in the car when it happened but at home with a babysitter. He didn't have any relative to take care of him so he was taken to an orphanage.

The parents immediately fell in love with him when they saw him. Afterwards they wanted more kids.

So they got Yeosang. Who's the same age with Yunho. He was three years when he was adopted. Seonghwa chose him after Yeosang attempted to bite his finger off. The male found it extremely cute and begged his husband to take him. Hongjoon who also fell in love with yeosang agreed.

Next was Mingi. Mingi was adopted a month after Yeosang. He was very cheerful and happy when the parents met him. They took a liking towards him.

Then Wooyoung came next. He was scared of the parents at first. Hongjoon saw something special in the boy and chose him. He didn't know what but he couldn't imagine leaving the orphanage without him.

On the same day Seonghwa met Jongho and immediately loved him. So the parents decided to adopt both kids on the same day.

They decided no more kids after that. But one day Seonghwa was coming from work and bumped into a little homeless boy who had ran away from his abusive foster family.

He felt bad for him and decided to take him home. It took a while to convince his husband but he agreed nonetheless.

Wooyoung instantly loved San from the moment they met.

After paperwork San legally became their child.

And that's how they became a family.

Now everything is different.

The boys are in high school now.

The family was currently eating breakfast at their dining table.

"Where's Wooyoung?" Seonghwa questioned noticing the boy wasn't present at the table.

"He's having a meltdown." Yeosang replied while on his phone.

"Put that phone away. No phones at the table."

The boy groaned and put the device away.

"Wooyoung honey come down your breakfast is getting cold!"

The boy stomped down, anger all over his face.

"What now?" Hongjoon asked while sipping his coffee.

"I can't go to school today." replied the fifteen year old.

The boys snickered at his reply.

Seonghwa looked at him in a confused manner.

"And why may I ask?"

"Because I have a zit on my forehead." Wooyoung pointed at the monstrous zit in disgust.

This just caused his siblings to erupt in laughter.

"It's not funny!" Wooyoung shouted.

"Honey, don't be ridiculous. You can't miss school because of that."Seonghwa sighed.

" But people will talk about it! This will ruin my reputation."

"Its a zit it's not like you have stds" Yunho rolled his eyes.

"Yunho you wouldn't know what's it like to be popular even if it bites you in the ass!!"

"Language! No cursing in this damn household!" Hongjoon thundered leaving the room quiet.

He glared at his son who just swallowed nervously.

"Respect your brother Wooyoung. And you're going to school and that's final!"

"Ugh! No one understands me!" Wooyoung left the room in fury, not even taking his breakfast.

He slammed the door shut announcing his leave.

Lately Wooyoung had become a little too hard to handle.

He always talked back and not caring about their feelings.

The parents wondered where their sweet baby went. They just decided to blame it all on puberty, hoping the boy grows out of it.

The other kids had changes as well.

Yunho become incredibly smart. Already being fluent in 3 languages at just fifteen years. He's always winning every contest at school. He got elected as the class president and is loved by every teacher. He has an IQ of 128 which is outstanding for his age. The parents have great hope in him.

Yeosang became very forgetful. He always messed up simple instructions. The parents decided to let it slide for the time being. He become a very talented artist. He has won very many art contest. Most of the paintings in the house were done by him and hung proudly on the wall.

San hyper as always. The only problem was the constant fits he'd always throw. It became a problem when he was young. Whenever he couldn't anything to go his way he'd become really angry. It was beyond normal so the parents took him to a doctor and it turns out he was suffering from intermittent explosive disorder.
It broke the parents hearts that their little angel was suffering from that. They've supported him in every way they could.

Mingi basically didn't change alot. He became really tall for his age. He was still the same mood maker he was. But his confidence was really low. His brothers always encouraged him he was perfect but Mingi had a hard time believing it.

Jongho become even more shy. He was very antisocial and would get panic attacks from being in crowded places. He was diagnosed with social anxiety. But he always enjoyed living on the positive side of life.

Hongjoon and Seonghwa learnt to be better parents and partners. Raising six kids isn't easy but at least they were doing their best.

Seonghwa rubbed his forehead in frustration.

"Everyone get in the car." He grabbed the keys and went to vehicle that was parked outside.

"Bye dad." The kids bid their father goodbye while heading out the door.

"Bye kids!" Hognjoom shouted from him seat.

He got up from his seat to get head out to work.

Yunho was removing books from his locker when a certain tall chestnut haired male approached him.

"Hey hyung" the boys widley smiled at his brother,who just gave him a look.

"What do you want?" He was aware Mingi was after something.

"Whaaaat what makes you think I want something."

"I know you. I'm not dumb."

"Fine. I didn't do my homework and I was wondering if I could borrow yours."

Yunho rolled his eyes.

"Did you stay up all night watching porn again?"

"I keep telling you I was going through a journey of self discovery."

"Right. I dont even wanna know what you were doing. Just take it and bring it back before the bell rings." Yunho handed him his book from his locker.

Mingi engulfed his brother in a hug.

"Thanks. See ya." and with that he ran off to copypaste his genius of a brother's work.

Yunho sighed and went to class.

"What would they do without me?"
