Hey guys! I'm back! And I hope this is all worth while! I'm gunna try to make this chapter longer than others....... I want to start making longer chapters! Cause as you know now, they are pretty short.

Dinner! I hadn't realized I was so starved until I had been seated in front of the MASSIVE feast. I was drooling soooo bad! On the way back from my visit with the "Magic Horror Mirror" I had a lot to think about. It was scary. What had happened to me? What voodoo did this place work on me? Don't get me wrong! I was now drop-dead- gorgeous, so it wasn't all bad. But what Henrick probably didn't see, what I saw and what he would never see, was that this person Taen had changed me into looked like she would and could commit murder without a second thought. That wasn't me! I wasn't at all dangerous, despite what my brothers say. This new me looked..... Foxy, sly, beautiful and very lethal.

I shook these thoughts out of my head as the meal was served. There was no first course, second course crap. It was just a pass and take what you want. I loved it. There were so many dishes! Some I knew, some well..... Not so much. I filled my plate full with the smelly-good food. I chose a pork roast that had carrots and potatoes with an apple and spice gravy, corn and I also took something that looked like beef jerky sushi. I decided I was going to eat then ask questions later.

Mona came over and sat beside me. Inaya had sat at the head of the table with Henrick on her right and me on her left. Out of the kitchen filed out at least twenty Moss trolls. All the women sat on the left while the men sat on the right. After everyone had filled their plates Inaya stood and smiled.

" The Seekers have sent us a wonderful new friend, Alexandra! May they bless her and Henrick on their journey to her purpose!"

There was a lot of nodding of heads and some murmuring of approval.

" But, until they leave, let us feast on the wonders you all have prepared!" She raised her cup, " Good health to you!"

Everyone raised their cup and returned the call. " And to you!"

I tried to follow suit as best as I could. Inaya sat back down and started pleasant conversation with Linch, who was seated next to Henrick. He WAS starving, he ate like he was actually the age he looked. I ate just a pace behind him. Mona chuckled.

" So you enjoy a well cooked meal?"

I nodded then swallowed.

" It's delicious! Who wouldn't love this?"

Linch scoffed from across the table.

" Some of the people we get don't appreciate a good meal! It's a shame! They seem to want other things! It sickens me. People don't know how to eat anymore!"

Henrick came up for breath. How much could he take in? He's had about four plates full already!

" Well you know I never deny your cooking Linch. Or any cooking for that matter."

Linch looked pleased with himself as Henrick dove in once again. I eyed the jerky-sushi suspiciously. I popped it into my mouth. I winced. It was salty but spicy and...... Oh..... Wonderful! I reached toward the plater of them, which had landed it's self right in front of me.

After the meal we all converged around the fireplace. I sat back down on the blue satin couch again. The window now revealed the stars and moon in all their glory. With no city lights to spoil the view you could see every star. Millions of them danced around in the sky. I found myself stealing glances at it all night. I made small talk with a group of young Trolls, who all had plant or other nature related names.( go figure)

" So what age are you from?" A he-troll named Slate asked.

" Well we go by centuries now so, the 21st century."

" What were you wearing when we found you? It was most strange."

A she-troll named Lotus smacked him up the head.

" Oh quit Slate! It's not like you're free of your own taboo doings!"

The group started giggling. Slate was rubbing head. He turned to say something, but was interrupted by Mona saying that the young ones had to go to bed. There was a collective groan from the group. Mona pulled a spoon, about half her height, off the table and advanced on the kids. That sent them screaming to the door. I would've run too if I were them.

" Now. We need to discuss things." Inaya said

" Like what?" I asked

" Like the supplies we are going to need and who you are exactly." Henrick said. He had taken his place in the low chair. He was leaning on his knees looking at me seriously.

I didn't like that. Did he think I was going to stab him in the back? I thought back to what I had thought of myself. Maybe he did see that. It still mad me angry. Outwardly I kept my calm face on, inside I was a storm of mixed emotions. One part of me said that they had every right to know who I was. The other part said that they had no reason to judge me.

I met Henrick and Inaya's eyes.
" What do you need to know. I'll tell you anything you need to know." I was determined to gain their trust fully.
