Hey guys! How's it going!? It's been busy and fall is almost here! So I'll be able to update sooner and more often! Yeah! But for how, on with the story!

( Alexandra's POV)

It was all fuzzy in my brain, like waking up from a really bad dream. But somewhere within my head, I knew it wasn't. I was covered in a really soft fuzzy blanket and laid on a wonderfully comfortable bed. I opened my eyes to see the stone of a cave light by the soft light of candles and torches. Turning my head I see a beautiful woman with strawberry-blond hair clothed in a dark blue medieval style gown. She is absorbed in her sewing and doesn't even notice I'm awake.

I groan and try to sit up, it hurts pretty much all over. She looks up and gently pushes me back down. She smiles at me,

" You are awake sooner than I expected. You must be a fighter! How do you feel?" She says as she sits back down with her sewing.

" Um, I feel better than before. But I'm still sore all over. Where am I? How did I get here? What am I doing here?" As an after thought I asked, " And who are you?"

She smiled sympathetically at me

" My name is Inaya, my helpers, the Moss Trolls, brought you here, you are in my home and as for what you are doing here..... I cannot answer that. That is for the Seekers to know and for them to say."

" Ok, more questions! Who are the Seekers? How did I get to this world and what IS this world? It's obviously not earth!" I said a little confused still.

" You are in the land of Taen, and Taen is the land in everyone's heart that they wish could exist."

" Well it obviously does exist!"

" Yes, it does. As for how you got here I do not know. I am sorry, the Seekers are the beings that control and keep this world in balance. Every so often they will bring a person from Earth to Taen to learn something or to help someone."

She said as she kept sewing the garment.

My head was spinning. Why did the Seekers chose me? They could've chosen any body else! I was worried, what would my family think? Would they think I had just ran away? Would they think I was kidnapped? Would they think I was dead? I didn't know and thinking about it was making my head hurt even more.

I rubbed my forehead, this was not what I expected to happen on a rainy day.

" How long have I been out?"

" Oh not as long as some others," Inaya said without even looking up from her work. " Only three days."

" THREE DAYS!" That was a long time and she just shrugged it off as if that wasn't too bad!

Inaya nodded. She tied a knot on her string and snipped it. She stood up and shook out her project, it was a silver-grey dress trimmed with a dark orange around the neck, sleeves and hem of the dress. The collar swooped down to around sternum length. The sleeves fanned out just slightly, giving it an enchantress look.

Inaya looked proudly at the dress. She should be proud! It was absolutely beautiful. Folding it up it up in her arms she turned to me and said,

"Do not worry, you needed that rest. Besides you did not miss anything at all. Now stand up I want you to try this on."

I sat up and yelped a little. My hoodie and sweats were gone. In their place was a comfortable corset and white dress.

" Where are my clothes?! I hope nobody saw me naked."

Inaya laughed, it was a beautiful laugh but, I still felt my cheeks burning.

" Do not be alarmed, I changed you. And we burned your other clothes, they were too damaged to keep."

" Ok. At least no boys were here, right?"

" Not to worry, no boys were here."

I swung my legs out on the floor and stood very carefully. I was happy to find that my legs could hold my weight.

We walked down a long hallway light as warmly as the rest if the cave. The soft leather boots that Inaya had given me clacked ever so slightly on the stone floors. The dress that she had made fit like a dream and felt like one too! It's silky fabrics swished as I walked.

Inaya had told me that the Moss Trolls were wonderful cooks and loved doing it too. So they cooked every night.

According to Inaya we were to have a friend of her's over for dinner and he was supposed to take me to find my purpose here. Supposedly he had been doing this a long time. As we neared the dining hall the smell of a thousand different things cooking reached my nose. The sound of laughter and clanking pots and pans accompanied the smells.

The dining hall took my breath away. It had to be at least two stories tall, it had a massive table being filled with dishes by the Trolls and a huge door that lead to the kitchen right off to the left. Standing by the kitchen door talking to Linch and Mona was a tall dark haired boy that looked to be around twenty.

I guess this was our little guest.
