6 Months Later:
Violet's Point of View~
I unleashed my fury on the target letting my power out of control and trusting it to do the right thing. As always the target blew up in flames and became ash. I could feel my power coming back to me, slowly resigning and making it's back into my veins. I sighed contently, I was finally in control. Alex grinned at me, pride in his eyes. I was officially getting better than him. Slowly but steadily and we both knew it. Alex whistled at the target. The stone idol was nothing more than a pile of ashes. "Congrats, V it has taken you six months to learn everything I know."
I bowed proudly, "Thank you Alex. I couldn't have done it without you."
He gave me a sly smile, "I know, I'm so talented."
I raised an eyebrow at him, "And so modest too." I nodded, grabbing a bottle water from the training room. "So now that I can control my powers, what do we do now?" I questioned.
Alex smiled, he suddenly stopped.
"Do you hear that?"
I shook my head, and was silent as I started to listen. I could hear the pounding of footsteps, there familiarity was uncanny. I took a whiff of the air, the mouth-watering scent filled the air.
Jace was here.Jace's Point of View
I could feel her presence, and I could feel myself picking up my pace. I wanted my mate at all costs. I could feel myself going insane without her. How wrong I was to leave her, to try to kill her. I would be forever regretful. I had to make it up to her. No matter the costs, we wouldn't be separated.
