Kelly walked into the station and immediately wrapped Nicole in a hug.
"How they found anything?"
"Hold on."
The unit was gathered in the bullpen to report to Voight what they've found. Upton continued to go through files while Jay had gone to check the front security cams.
"Nobody said they even saw a kid around," Adam stated.
"We're talking about a five-year-old boy who was grabbed in a police station. Someone had to have seen something."
"Serg- I."
"I got something!" Jay cried as he ran up the stairs, iPad in hand, "You know the case we just wrapped up? The couple-"
"With the son yeah," answered Nicole, "What about them?"
"They took Noah," Jay stated, showing them the footage.
You could see a man quickly shoving Noah into a van, and a few seconds later a woman ran out of the district and climbed into the passenger seat.
"Oh my god."
"Harrison said that was the woman who approached him. They played him."
"Why would they take our son?" asked Kelly, trying to keep his voice from breaking.
"Revenge," Nicole stated simply, "They're son died, and we caught the guy. But there wasn't enough evidence, so the jury ruled him not guilty. I was the one who had the main contact with the family, calmed them down, and told them how I had a son so I could understand...after the verdict came back the woman bitched me out. But I never saw them again after that."
"So the clearly had to be following you to know that Noah was there," Upton observed.
"Nicole, do you remember anyone following you? Or maybe following Kelly?"
"I-I don't know!" she yelled, tears welling up in her eyes," All I can think of is that tonight is spaghetti night. His favorite."
The room fell silent as Kelly rubbed Nicole's back to try and calm her down a bit. She took a deep breath and composed herself.
"I'm sorry. I'm just trying to keep my head on straight."
"Hey, I get it. They took your boy," Voight stayed, clasping a hand on her shoulder, "But I'm going to do everything and anything to get him back. I promise you that."
"Let's do this."

After busting into the couple's home, they found nothing. Kim was looking into everything she could find on Mr. and Mrs. Darvis.
When Intelligence returned to the station empty handed, Kelly was disappointed. They headed back upstairs where the saw a pale looking Kim.
"Kim, what's wrong?" asked Adam.
"Uh Nicole's computer beeped, so I went over to check it and uh... You guys need to see this."
They gathered around the screen as Kim pulled up a video. Noah appeared in the screen, tied to a pole in some abandoned building. The side of his face was bruised from being hit and he was struggling against his restraints. His cheeks were stained with tears as he cried.
"Mommy!" he cried, his voice sounding broken.
"Mommy! Mommy help me! It hurts!"
"Shut up!" spat a man off screen.
"Now you're going to see how it feels to lose a son," spoke with woman, now entering the screen with an evil grin.
"Mommy! Daddy!" screamed Noah, "Help me!"
