Today was September 19th, Hermione's birthday. The night before she wasn't sure if Draco knew if it was her birthday or not, not that she wouldn't mind him not knowing. She never really fancied her birthday.
Draco had woken up around 6 o'clock, before Hermione. She laid with her arms wrapped tightly around his torso and her head snuggled into his chest. He smiled down at the birthday girl and quietly waited for Blaise and Theo to arrive. After about half an hour they finally came in with a tray of food. Draco had asked them a few days prior to bring up the food from the kitchens for Hermione's birthday since he couldn't leave her by herself when she slept. When the two boys walked in Draco mouthed a "finally" making them roll their eyes.
"You want us to take it back?" Theo snapped in a whisper.
"No! I'm sorry. Thank you for doing this," Draco whispered back. "I owe you one."
"Each," Blaise piped in making Draco roll his eyes this time. "Where do you want this?"
Draco pointed to the nightstand. "There, thanks."
After placing the tray on the nightstand they left. Draco lightly petted Hermione's head causing her to stir awake.
"Good morning, Draco," She smiled. "What's that delicious smell?" She sniffed in the scent of the pancakes sitting on Draco's nightstand. Draco just smiled as he got up and grabbed the tray. Her face lit up when she saw it.
"Happy birthday, love," Draco said as he placed the tray on her lap. She pulled him into a hug and kissed him deeply.
"You did all this for me?" She asked after pulling away.
"I'd do anything for you," He smiled making Hermione kiss him again. "But I can't take all the credit, Blaise and Theo got the food from the kitchen for me."
"That was nice of them," Hermione said as she started to cut up the pancakes and eat them. Draco sat opposite of her and smiled as she ate. "What?" She asking noticing he was staring.
"I love you so much," He randomly said making her go red. She had a mouth full of food in her mouth so she didn't respond until she was able to swallow.
"I love you too," She said as she took her fork and got some pancake on it before holding it towards Draco's mouth. He raised an eyebrow at her. "You have to eat too."
"No, it's your birthday," He said.
"Well I'm not eating anymore if your aren't going to eat too," She huffed.
Draco rolled his eyes before taking the fork and eating off the pancake. He stabbed another and held it up to Hermione's lips. She bit it off and he continued to feed her, eating a couple bites now and then to make her happy.

Down at breakfast, Ginny sat with the Slytherins. "Wheres Draco and Hermione?" She asked.
"Probably shagging," Theo guessed and Blaise agreed.
"No, I made Hermione promise not to before the Hogsmead trip," Ginny said shaking her head.
"What!? Why?!" The boys asked.
"Because the first time he sees her in her underwear she can't be wearing granny ones," Ginny said making the girls giggle.
"Oh," Both boys said. "Well, we brought up breakfast for Draco for Hermione's birthday so they probably won't come down to breakfast," Theo said.
"Why would you give Draco food on Hermione's birthday?" Astoria asked.
"No, Draco couldn't leave Hermione alone or she'd have a bad dream so he asked us to bring it up. It's met to be breakfast in bed for her birthday," Blaise clarified. "He would've gotten it himself if she didn't have a bad dream every time she wasn't sleeping next to him."
