Hermione and Draco woke up seconds apart from their morning nap, Draco first. He stared down at her and smiled as she shifted awake and looked up at him. "Good morning, love," He whispered.

"Good morning, Draco," She hummed as she yawned. "It's been awhile." He chuckled a little.

"Too long," He added. "Please never leave me like that again."

"I promise," She smiled. "You look a lot paler and skinnier," She commented.

"Yeah, I haven't been eating or getting much sleep since you left," He said before smiling to himself and pulling her closer. "But it doesn't matter now, all that matters is that I have you and the baby back in my arms." She smiled and kissed him. "How is the baby?" He asked.

"Fine. Everything, according to Madame Pomfrey, is fine. He's happy and healthy." He smiled again and they sat in a peaceful silence, studying each other's faces, before he spoke again.

"Will you be my girlfriend again?" He asked barely above a whisper.

"I never technically stopped," She grinned. He smirked back and leaned in to kiss her when Ginny and Luna came bursting through the portrait hole in the common room screaming. "DRACOOOO!!! HERMIONE!!! YALL BETTER BE DECENT BECAUSE WERE COMING IN!" Shouted Ginny as she bust through Hermione's room door.

"What in Merlin's name do you want?" Draco groaned, pulling Hermione closer.

"We want to know why Hermione was crying, she does cry awfully ugly when she's really upset," Luna hummed, earning a pillow thrown at her.

"Be nice, Loony," Draco said with his arm still raised from throwing the pillow. Hermione sat up as Luna shrugged. Hermione sniffed in the air and smelled food. She put her arms out, waiting for food. When she felt the plate meet her hand she began to eat almost right away.

"...so why were you crying?" Ginny asked after a few seconds of silence. Hermione's eyes welled back up to the thought of it and she put her fork down.

"Why don't I tell you in the common room," Draco suggested as he lead his half sister and red-haired friend out of the room. He told them about Hermione's parents before walking back in. He sat next to Hermione and kissed her stomach before kissing her.

"We're so sorry, Hermione," Ginny and Luna hummed sympathetically. She gave a half smile before looking down at her food. Her head shot up again when there was a loud ruckus in the common room. Hermione's bedroom door swung open to reveal Blaise, out of breath, but smiling.

"She's in here!" He called. Pansy, Astoria, and Theo ran up behind him before they all ran towards her. They tackled her in a group hug on the bed.

"We missed you so much!" They exclaimed.

"I missed you guys too, but your crushing the baby." The quickly got off of her and sat on the end of the bed while she finished eating.

"So what potion was taken off you at St. Mongo's?" Theo asked out of curiosity.

"The forgetful potion Draco gave me summer after first year, to forget about our secret relationship to protect us from his father," Hermione stated.

"See I told you," Ginny barked at Draco, who put his arms up in surrender. She rolled her eyes and Hermione suppressed a laugh.

"Finally you know. I thought you'd figure it out sooner though, after Pansy almost told you that one time during free period." Astoria said making Draco raise an eyebrow at Pansy and for her face to turn pink.

"Everyone's really happy you two are back together," Blaise said, changing the subject. "Well, everyone except weasel."

"Yeah, everyone's been talking about it since breakfast which made Ron really upset and storm out of the Great Hall," Luna said.

"Just wait till Narcissa hears. She probably come down to the school herself just to make sure it's true," Theo said.

"The Ministry will probably have it in the evening paper tonight," Ginny said.

"And dad will have it in the Quibbler by tomorrow morning," Luna said happily. Hermione smiled and leaned back into Draco's arms after she finished eating. He wrapped his arms around her and kissed the back of her head. He started to kiss lower until he got to her neck. She bit her lip and her friends got the message.

"Well, we'll go then, have fun," Blaise said as he pulled Astoria to her feet, Theo doing the same with Pansy. They all walked out of the room and closed the door behind them as Hermione turned around to straddle Draco.

Later that day, Draco had to go to Quidditch practice before lunch. Hermione sat on the couch and studied before going down to meet him in the entrance hall. On the way to the spot where Draco said he'd meet her she ran into Ron and Harry. "H-hi guys," She smiled, crossing her arms over her stomach as a way to protect the baby.

"Hi, Mione," Harry greeted. "It's good to see you happy again."

"Thank you, Harry," She smiled before turning to Ron. "Ron, I'm really so-" before she could finish he started yelling.

"Him?! Are you kidding me, Hermione?! Him of all people?! Him over me?!" He shouted. "Draco Malfoy, death eater Malfoy!"

"He isn't a death eater!" Hermione snapped.

"He used to be!"

"He wanted to be a death eater just as much as you would've!" Hermione defended. "Why can't you just be happy for me?!" He took angry steps towards her making her back into a nearby wall.

"They only way I'll be happy for you is if you're with me!" He yelled.

"Well then I guess you'll never be happy for me," Hermione said with tears of fear running down her face. He angrily hit the wall next to her head making her whimper. People had come out of the Great Hall to watch, after hearing all the shouting.

"Ron, please... you're scaring me," She cried.

"I don't give a damn if I'm scaring you!" He yelled. "You belong with me!" He grabbed Hermione's face and was about to kiss her when the Slytherin Quidditch team walked through the doors, back from practice. When Draco saw Hermione crying and clutching her stomach and Ron about to force a kiss on her his body immediately filled with rage. He pulled out his wand and aimed it at Ron.

"Stupefy!" He shouted making Ron fly backwards away from Hermione. She slid down the wall and hid her face in her hands, sobbing. Draco rushed over to her and pulled her into a tight hug. She seemed to calm down a little by his embrace as Draco turned his head to look at Ron, who was getting up off the ground.

"Git," Ron spat at Draco.

"Git, am I?" Draco asked repulsively. "Says the one who made Hermione cry."

"She fine," He growled. "She would have kissed back if you hadn't walked in."

"When is it going to get through your thick head?!" Draco questioned, getting angry. "She doesn't love you anymore!"

"She used to before you came along!" He spoke.

"Yeah, because you screwed it up!"

"I was under the Imperius Curse!"

"Imperius Curse or not, you hit her, you raped her, you abused her! You may not have wanted to and you may not remember it properly but she does! She had to live with it! She had to take it! You left scares on her, inside and out! She is still afraid of you!" Draco shouted. "Though now I think you weren't ever under the Curse at all, the way you're acting towards her." Draco helped Hermione up and turned to look at Harry. "And you, what the hell is wrong with you? You're supposed to be her best friend. You're supposed to protect her. Not stand around and watch her abusive ex-boyfriend scare her to tears and force a kiss on her." Harry didn't say anything but looked down shamefully.

Draco and Hermione walked into the Great Hall for lunch with the Slytherin Quidditch team along with Pansy and Astoria, who were down watching practice, following behind.
