Ashley: "can we talk?" She asked as she pulled me to the back of the group

I shrugged and looked in front of me at princess who was laughing and joking with Viv

"What's up?" I asked her as we walked slowly

Ashley: "do you not love me any more?"

"I mean I got love FOR you but I'm not in love WITH you" I shrugged and looked back up at princess who hadn't even noticed that I wasn't next to her

Ashley: "can I ask why?"

"I don't know. I met this girl I guess"

Ashley: "do you love her?"

"Nah..I'm not even sure if I like her to be honest with you but I like I How I feel when I'm with her"

Ashley: "oh" she said as she looked down

I kinda felt bad but not as bad

I feel like I hurt her more when I lied to her so I just told her the truth

Ashley: "does she at least make you happy? That's all I really care about"

I looked at princess and smiled to myself

"Yeah she does" I smiled as I looked at Ashley

Ashley: "you like my cousin don't you?" She asked as she followed my eyes to where I was constantly looking

I groaned cause now I was getting irritated with her questions

Ashley: "it's cool if you do, I'm not mad. Surprised? yes but not mad"

I watched as Viv got on Eli's back and princess got on kaliah's

Ashley: "if you GENUINELY like her, I say go for it but promise me you won't play with her emotions dip because she won't forgive you like I did. I'd put in a good word for you but ya know...That wouldn't go well" she laughed

Kaliah: "come on we're racing around the track!" She yelled to me and Ashley

Ashley: "can we switch partners?" She asked Kaliah

Kaliah looks up at princess who just shrugged and got down

I watched as Ashley got on Kaliah's back

I smiled as I looked at princess but she didn't smile back

"You alright?"

Princess: "yeah I got a stomach ache from that milkshake I had" she said as she pouted

"We don't have to play, we can sit on the bleachers if you want"

Princess nodded her head so we sat on the on the bleachers and watched everyone else race around the track

"Eli and Viv seem to be hitting it off" I said as I observed them

Princess: "honestly I don't know if she's really feeling him or if she's goin against my wishes and playing the game"

"What game?"

Princess: "the game we made up when we first met"

"Which is?"

Princess: "making a guy think that you love him, take his money and leave"

"Oh so scamming again?"

I watched as she nodded

Princess: "I told her not to use him and she agreed that we'd stop playing but I'm not sure if she's holding up her end of the bargain or not"

"I'm not in this am I?"
