                     Gelo's POV

Jaden: " you okay G?" She asked me as I paced back and forth

"Yeah I'm cool my leg just fell asleep and I'm tryna walk it off" I lied

Jaden just laughed and continued to watch tv

I was really pacing because  today I'm supposed to be meeting Viv at her brothers house to discuss this whole...ya know but I wasn't about to tell her that

"I'll See you later" I said as I kissed jaden's head and headed toward the front door

Jaden: "Okay" She smiled

I smiled back before heading out

The whole way to King's house I was panicking

I haven't seen her in months cause she disappeared and as soon she comes back she drops a bomb on me

Once I got to King's house I was hesitant to even get out the car. I wanted to turn around and go back to jaden's but I knew better.

I got out the car and walked up to the front door slowly then knocked on the door

It took like 3 minutes but Viv finally answered the door with the baby on her hip

"Hey" I said lowly as I walked in

Viv: "hey" she said just as low as she closed the door

We both made our way to the living room without saying a word.

I watched as she put the baby on a little mat with a bunch of toys

Viv: "I know how world shattering this must be for you so I'm not gonna ask you for anything. I just wanted you to know she exist, that's all."

"Unexpected? Yes. World shattering? Not at all. I just wish you would've told me sooner"

Viv: "I tried but every time I wanted to jaden was there...which I had no problem with...I just didn't think it was  appropriate"

"I get it" I nodded

Viv: "like I said I don't want anything from you I just wanted you to know she existed"

"I wanna help..we'll not really help. Co-parent"

Viv: "I don't know how easy that would be since I live in San Francisco now"

"That's only like 6 or 7 hours away, I can make the drive"

Viv: "you sure?"

"Yeah, I heard they have nice houses down there" I said In Attempt to kept the conversation goin

Viv: "it's not bad. I live on 17th street and the house is pretty nice although I do have some odd ass neighbors" she said causing me to laugh

"About the baby-"

Viv: "Anaisha"

"Right..about Anaisha; What kinda things does she like?" I asked

Viv: "as of right now she likes anything that makes noise or lights up"

"My niece likes baby shark, does nai like it?"

Viv: "nai? That's the same thing Melo calls her and no for some reason she doesn't" she laughed

I smiled at the fact that Melo already gave her a nickname cause that boy don't like nobody's kids

I looked over at nai who was on the mat knocked out

"Does she usually fall asleep like that?"

Viv nodded

Viv: "I thought it was strange too but her doctor said some children fall asleep easier than others"

"You mind if I take her for the night?"

Viv: "not at all, just bring her back before 8pm tomorrow. I'll go get her bag for you" she said as she got up and walked upstairs

I just watched nai sleep and thought of how I was gonna tell jaden about her

Viv came back down with a large bag and a car seat

Viv: "all her clothes, diapers, pacifiers, bibs, basically everything she needs is in this bag. You know how to change a diaper?"

I nodded my head since I've had enough practice with zoey

"We'll head out when she wakes up, I don't wanna disturb her nap. Is she on a specific schedule?"

Viv: "you sure you wanna wait? she'll be sleep for the next 2 hours and no she's not really fussy so I never put her on one"

"Yeah I'm sure and it's fine...that gives us more time to talk"

Viv just nodded

"When did you find out you were pregnant?"

Viv: "like a month or two later because I felt fucking terrible so I went to the hospital and they confirmed it"

"We're you excited?"

Viv: "I didn't have time to be excited. I was scared, panicked, angry at myself... especially once they narrowed down my conception date"

"Oh"

Viv: "don't get me wrong, I love her...it just the way she came to be was a mistake"

"I understand" I nodded

Viv: "but I'm glad you wanna be in her life because honestly that's what I was most afraid of"

"Me not wanting to be in her life?"

Viv: "yeah. I kept creating this scenario in my my head that you'd deny the fact that we even slept together and try to make me look like some gold digging whore to the public"

"That's something I'd never do. I know what I did and didn't do so I'd never try to downplay my role in anything especially if something good came out of it"

Viv: "I'm glad you love her. She deserves it"

"You deserve love too. You know you're not a bad person right?"

Viv: "after what I did it doesn't feel like it"

"don't beat yourself up about it"

Viv: "I'm trying but I don't think I can face jaden. I tried to tell myself that it wasn't that big of a deal but it is"

"It's not entirely your fault, I played a part in it too and if were being honest I initiated the whole thing so I'm taking most of the blame"

Viv: " but I knew you were in a relationship, I shouldn't have let it go that far"

"I knew I was in a relationship too; We were both wrong" I shrugged

Viv: "yeah...I want to apologize to her but a little ass sorry isn't gonna mean anything when there's a kid involved"

"Well she's either gonna accept it or leave either way I'm gonna be there for my child" I shrugged

Viv: "thanks"

"For?"

Viv: "not making me feel worse than I already do and not putting complete blame on me"

"I'd never" I said truthfully

Viv: "Hug?" She asked with a smile as she stood up

I smiled and gave her a hug then sat back down

Eventually nai woke up and Viv wrote down the order she makes the bottle for me to follow

She also gave me her number so we could be In contact

I strapped nai into her car seat then into my car

Viv: "have fun! I know I will" she laughed as she did a dance in the drive way and sung about how she was baby free for tonight

"Oh we will too" I laughed as I got in the car

Viv waved as I pulled off

Now let's hope I don't lose my mind
