Light of my life

                  Melo's POV

Viv: "how is she?" She asked as I walked out of the hospital room

"Princess or Ariah?"

Gelo: "Ariah?"

"That's what I came out here to tell y'all...we went with Ariah because she didn't look like a Toralei"

Lavar: "well what you waiting for son?! Let's see her"

I just laughed and held the door open for them

Viv: "oh my goshhhh she's beautiful" she said in awe

Princess: "I'm sure Melo told you already so guys let me formally introduce you to Ariah Bianca Ball" she smiled

Tina: "she's all you" my mom said to princess

Princess: "for now" she laughed

Gelo: "damn we got a whole girl gang now" he laughed

"I didn't even think about that" I laughed

Tina: "that is kinda funny how I had all boys and now all my boys have daughters"

Princess: "I thought Melo woulda passed out in the delivery room but he seemed more amazed than anything"

Viv: "you looked?"

"I was curious" I shrugged

Gelo: "you looked the entire time?!"

I shook my head

"I looked toward the beginning  then I looked again toward the end. It looked painful but what amazed me was how calm her dumb ass was" I laughed as I pointed to princess

Viv: "princess has an extremely high pain tolerance. I remember one time she broke her hand and was super calm the entire way to the hospital"

Princess: "it hurt like a bitch but she had to come out somehow" she laughed

"I'm convinced she's crazy"

Princess: "I am but just a little bit" she smiled

I shook my head as everybody laughed

At some point everybody left so it was just me, princess, and Ariah

Princess: "you good over there?" She asked as I stared at Ariah

I just smiled and nodded without taking my eyes off my baby

I've accomplished a lot of things  in my life but this is by far the best thing I've had a hand in

I've always pictured how this part of my life would go but this was way better than I could have ever imagined

I feel like I had more of a purpose...damn that sounds cheesy but it's true

I just wanted to be the best version of myself for this little human do she could grow up and be proud to say that I was her dad

Just knowing she was half of me and the person I loved was enough for me but to actually get to see her and physically hold her was mind blowing

I just knew that I was gonna do everything in my power to make her and princess the happiest women in life

I wanted Arian's childhood to be nothing but happiness just like mine was and I'm determined to make that happen

I wanna make sure there's never a day in princess's mind where she second guesses herself wondering if she made the right choice by sticking with me

Little does she know...Everything she's ever wanted, she's gonna get

Never knew it was possible but my little family is the LIGHT OF MY LIFE

I know there was days I slacked but you guys never missed a beat and I thank you for all of it❤️

The book itself along with characters chapter will be uploaded sometime tomorrow and I can't wait for you guys to continue reading

Ik I've been slacking but I've had school and work so writing is something I do on my off days along with chores and whatnot

FUN FACT: Most of my chapters were written on the toilet cause it's the only free time I had🤣

I promise I'll try to crank out hella chapter in my next book but ya gotta bare with me😂😂
