Sakuno checked the envelop, kind of investigating like a detective. To her, it looked foreign and she was just confused. Because who would send her a letter out of nowhere?
"Hey, doesn't this say Flower Crew Tennis Camp?" Tomoka's eyes widen when she saw the address and sender of the letter written outside the envelope.
"W-what?!" Sakuno then shouted in surprise almost as high pitched as her bestfriend.
Flower Crew. A women's tennis association famous across the country for training and producing the best Japanese pro-tennis players. It was such a prestigious camp that many women tennis players were really desperate to attend it. Every 3 years, they recruit tennis players to join the camp. And everytime they open the recruitment, thousands of women across the country try hard just to qualify.
And for Sakuno's luck, she was able to register and send her data to the association just last month. She worked hard just to qualify and finally after a month of waiting, the results are out.
So this letter is either a good news or a bad one.
"Sakuno, open it." Tomoka gulped, holding her friend's cold hand, clearly as nervous as she was.
It has been awhile since Sakuno last became this nervous. So nervous her hands were trembling and she could hear her heart pound so hard. If she had a heart condition, she would've been long gone sent to the hospital.
She was so nervous and desperate at this point. Sakuno gulped. All her hard work and sacrifices depend on this letter.
So summoning all her will power, she started opening the letter.

Flower Crew Women's Tennis AssociationBoth Sakuno and Tomoka couldn't contain their excitement and both shouted in excitement. The two hugged and jumped, pure glee of the news that just arrived. All the while, their classmates gave them a wierd look.
"Sakuno-chan, I'm so proud of youuu!!" Tomoka said hugging her bestfriend, teary eyed.
"Thank you, Tomo-chan." Sakuno thanked and also cried with her bestfriend.
Sakuno couldn't believe it! After months and months of preparations, she finally made it in!! Oh how she can't wait to tell her Obaa-chan about this! She could just giggle at the thought of her grandmother's reactions.
Just then, Sakuno's phone rang slightly waking her up from her thoughts. She looked at her phone to see her grandmother's message asking her to come to her office. Perfect timing, she can just tell her right then and there!
"Who's that?" Tomo-chan asked as she peeked over her bestfriend's phone.
"Oh, it's Obaa-chan. She wants me to come to her office." Sakuno explained as she put her phone in her skirt's pocket.
Upon hearing this, Tomoka smiled and said, "Then don't waste time. Tell her the good news!!" rather excitedly. She cheered her friend who then nodded and ran towards the door.
-----
Just thinking of her grandmother's expression just made Sakuno even more excited. How she can't wait telling her grandmother the news!! Oh, and her senpai-tachi and the tennis team should also know this because they really helped her in her training. She owes them a lot.
She stoped.
Right. Ryoma-kun's not with her anymore. And she can't tell him these kinds of things anymore. Because they already broke up.
Tomo-chan was right. Break up really sucks. Not because it means that they can't care about each other anymore. Even if you wanna say something, even if you wanna cheer for that person, you just can't. Because breaking up means you guys don't like each other anymore. That you guys now hate each other.
"What would you want?" Just then, she heard Hana by the cafeteria's window. In front of her is the prince himself.
She bit her lips bitterly. This really hurts. So much.
"Hey, Sakuno-chan!" She hears Horio running towards her.
He came running panting. Poor guy, he seemed to run a long way judging from his sweat. Then again, the team is undergoing major trainings especially since the seniors are now going to pass the baton to the future of the team.
"What is it, Horio-kun?" Sakuno asked in concern. "Are you, alright? What brought you her?" She continued, concern evident in her tone.
"Oh, uh. That, ahahah." Horio laughed weirdly. "The coach wants to see you. Urgent matter, she says." He then added, panting still.
"Oh, she called. I was just about to go to her." Sakuno said to which Horio responded with a frustrated groan.
"Hah? She called you? Then what about Fuji-senpai saying she couldn't call you because her battery's dead?" Horio groaned and left for the classrooms in a comical manner.
"See you later, Horio-kun." Sakuno just giggled slightly as she guessed he just got pranked by Fuji-senpai. But she could say, perfect timing though. How did her senpai knew she was being called?
She just shrugged. That's always Fuji-senpai anyways. Always pulling pranks and most of the time, he does it at a perfect timing.
TBC.
