*trigger warnings*

Loki sat peacefully on the bench, resting his hands on top of eachother, soft winds blowing through his hair, as he remained seated for a long time.. His expressions were quiet pensive as he was lost in his own train of thoughts..
He kept playing with his ring finger absent-mindedly, while his gaze fixed down at the green grass.
Behind his peaceful demeanor, there was a ton of emotions bottled up within him, kept from being exposed to anyone..
"Daddy.. You still won't talk to mummy?"
Little Lucy, asked in an inquiring tone, her tiny hand tugging her father's sleeve a little, startling the God of Mischief from his breif quiet moment..

Loki glanced over his daughter, as she looked at him curiously, waiting for his response..

"I won't", he said coldly, his tone was restrained..

His lips forming a thin line as he pressed them together, looking away at the opposite direction for a while.
Meanwhile, Lucy seated herself on the bench, wiggling closer to Loki..

He placed his arm around her small form.

"So what did you two talk about?", he asked casually..

"Alot of things.. About school and about the burger I had yesterday... Aannd my new drawing which I made for her.."

Loki narrowed his eyes and pretended to look hurt,
"Drawing? What about me?"

Lucy sighed at his remark,
"I'll make a new one for you"

He still looked upset, as he looked away..
"Fine", he sighed dejectedly..

She pouted and then, her face filled with innocent concern..
She patted his arm to get his attention and when he didn't turn his face back in her direction, she placed her hand on his jaw, applying pressure, forcing him to look at her..

"I'll make a better drawing for you"
She whispered in his ear, earning a chuckle from him...

Loki looked at her and smiled, her appearance and her personality reflected mixture of Y/n as well as Loki..
He placed his hand infront of her and using his magic, her favourite candy appeared in his hand..
She gasped in excitement and pure happiness..
He dodged it a few times when she tried taking it from him, making faces at her, before letting her take it in her small hands..

She kept moving her leg, forward and backward playfully, while sitting next to Loki and unwrapped a candy and put it in her mouth..
After a few moments, her face turned thoughtful when she glanced behind and then looked up at Loki sitting beside her..

Loki was sitting silently, lost in his own thoughts.. He sighed as he looked in the other direction,

"More questions?"
He asked, while smiling softly looking at her.. His eyes held nothing but affection and care..

"Why can't you forgive mommy?"

Loki stayed silent for a while, contemplating how he should answer the child. He opened his mouth but decided not to speak anything..
He simply shook his head,

"I don't know", he said, his eyes holding alot of unexplainable pain..

"Is she a bad person?"

"No!", he said immediately, "No she is not. We are not talking because...she broke a promise"

"She didn't say sorry?"

"No"

"She loves you?"

Loki was taken aback by the question for a while,

"Maybe", he answered pensively..

"Then she maybe sorry too.." Lucy answered intelligently..
Loki looked at his daughter with surprise.. She was so mature and adult-like sometimes that it astonished him...
