Rallen and Jeena at the Beach
It was very warm. The breeze from the beach was cool, brushing over Jeena's soft, pink hair. The young woman was in her late twenties, far from the wide eyed youth she had been when the Krawl had invaded, but not all that far from the age she'd been when the war finally ended, the Krawl leader defeated, the High Krawl those most human looking were now in jail.
"You're looking pretty today," Rallen said, sitting down next to her. He handed her a pink ice cream, matching her hair. He looked at his girlfriend, sitting in her light blue bikini, with the white wavy lines across it like a soft ocean wave dancing across the water.
"You say that everyday that we decided to date," she giggled.
"Well it is true," Rallen said with a wink at her. He sighed and laid on his back, putting his hands behind his head. "Though I never knew it would be just so boring here."
Jeena looked at him and giggled, slapping some sand onto his bare stomach. "How's that for fun and excitement?"
"You sassy, little thing!" he barked. He reached down to summon one of his partner Spectrobes, but had forgotten he'd left his equipment back at the office. Jeena's suggestion. She said it would be more romantic just the two of them. He had to admit, she was right about that. Watching her wink at him as she licked the pink frozen treat made her very look super cute.
"You're fault for dating someone cute like me," she teased, twisting next to him and kissing his lips with her icy ones. "Of course you lucked out and got a girl with brains as well as a cute body." She closed her eyes and placed her hands on her bare hips, swaying to the left the way she liked to do, "And don't you forget it mister!"
Rallen chuckled. "Well ya got yourself a boyfriend that is a great pilot, awesome Spectrobes master, and all around handsome dude, so I think it's a fair exchange."
The breeze started getting stronger where they sat, and Jeena's hair wiped wildly in her face as she stared at him. The young woman finished her cone, took his hand, and led him to an area that was warmer, with a bit less wind. The problem with this beach was that the weather was controlled by a machine, so it was even more unpredictable as normal weather was… as the human mind could never really make up its mind.
She lay down on the white sand and looked at him with her bright eyes. "So what you think of the excitement now?"
He rose an eyebrow and cocked his head. "Being in a different part of the beach, with just us is …," his heart began to race. "Uh…. Wait a moment….," he said with a gulp.
Jeena's own eyes went wide and she grasped a large amount of sand and tossed it at him. "Get your mind out of the gutter, you pevert!"
Rallen growled as the gritty sand struck his chest, and he lurched at her, grasping her wrists as he sat next to her. "Can't throw sand at me now," he teased.
"But I could scream," she snapped.
"Sure, but then we'd be kicked off the beach of your choice because the folks would realize its just a boyfriend and a girlfriend playing some games." He winked at her and leg go of her right hand, quickly tickling her bare stomach.
"Haha, hey no do not do that," she giggled, brushing his hand away from her stomach. "Now, that's not really fair, is it?"
Rallen laughed himself and brushed back just an inch. "Ah, but it really wasn't fair that one time last week when you blindsided me and tickled my ribs until I wet my pants was it?"
