It was a bright sunny day in Flowerplain Village. Everyone was having fun and playing around. That is especially the case for a certain Whimsicott, as she has been going around and tickling a lot of other Pokemon, they all thought it as fun and games, as this Whimsicott was mischievous. However, a certain Lilligant was not very happy about the fact this Whimsicott tickled her, especially without her permission. All the Lilligant could remember was how the Whimsicott tickled her pure white belly and navel, it tickled so much. Simply put, she wanted revenge.

The Lilligant had many friends, one of them was a Tangela, Lilligant thought that Tangela's vines could make it easier to get revenge on the Whimsicott. Lilligant went and met up with Tangela. Lilligant told him the plan, he was in straight away, it sounded like fun to him.

"I have a plan, since Whimsicott could easily get away, we need to catch her off guard" Tangela stated. "What is the plan?" Lilligant said curiously. "You're going to need to play as bait, then I catch her and we can then start tickling her without her trying to get away." Lilligant was conflicted with this idea, but she agreed.

Lilligant sat on the ground on a field just outside the village, she knew Whimsicott was nearby. Lilligant did everything possible to make her look like a tempting ticking target. This included making her belly in full view. It did not take long for Whimsicott to come. Whimsicott greeted Lilligant with "Tickle attack!" Immediately Whimsicott tickled Lilligant's ticklish white belly and navel. It tickled a lot. She was squirming around.

It didn't take long for Tangela to get the message that Whimsicott was there. Tangela summoned vines which grabbed Whimsicott's arms and legs, she couldn't escape now. Lilligant got up, still trying to catch her breath. "G-Got you now..." Whimsicott looked fearfully at Lilligant and Tangela who was walking towards them two. "W-What are you doing?" Whimsicott said with a fearful tone. "Oh not much, just... This!" Tangela said while summoning two vines to tickle Whimsicott's sides. "No-ho-ho-ho ple-he-he-hease that ti-hi-hi-hickles!" Whimsicott instantly burst into giggles. "This is revenge for tickling me!" Lilligant said assertively. Lilligant summoned some vines or her own. Before Whimsicott could react, the vines went and tickled her belly and navel. Whimsicott broke into loud laughter. "HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA NO-HO-HOT MY NA-HA-HA-HAVEL OR BE-HE-HE-HE-HELLY HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!" Whimsicott was wriggling around in the vines. The vines kept speeding up. This was absolute torture for Whimsicott, she never knew her belly or navel was that ticklish.

After fifteen minutes, they stopped tickling Whimsicott, she was out of breath. "Before we let you go, promise me you will never tickle me again, ok?" Lilligant glanced at Whimsicott. "I-I can't promise anything..." Whimsicott barely got out her words. "Well then..." Lilligant said while summoning a vine and tickling Whimsicott's navel insanely fast. "What about now?" "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA OHOHOHOKAY I'LL STAHAHAHAHAHAP, JUHUHUHUST MAHAHAHAKE IT STAHAHAHAHAP!!!" Whimsicott couldn't take any more. "Promise?" Lilligant teased, prolonging freeing Whimsicott. "YEHEHEHEHES JUHUHUHUST STAHAHAHAHAP!!!" Whimsicott was begging. "Okay. However, if you tickle me without my permission again, rest assured that this will happen again" Tangela put away the vines, putting down Whimsicott. Whimsicott flew away in a hurry, wanting to get away before they change their mind.

"Heh, that felt good." Lilligant smiled.
"Probably did!" Tangela poked Lilligant's belly button with a vine and ran away laughing.
"HE-HEY! Come back here you!" Lilligant smiled and playfully chased after Tangela.

Near a lake, a female Charizard is lying down, and in the distance a Tangela is watching. This Charizard kept picking on this Tangela. However, Tangela knew some Pokemon that could help him get revenge on her.

The plan was already discussed between Tangela and his friends. They all knew the female Charizard's weakness, she has an insanely ticklish belly. Tangela signalled to his friends that it is time to do their plan. It didn't take long for a bunch of water types to jump out of the lake. This scared the Charizard, "AH! W-What are you doing!" Charizard said while the water types were slowly walking to the Charizard. Out of what seemed like nowhere to her, vines came out and restrained her. It was Tangela.

"P-Put me down you idiot!" Charizard said without thinking. "You've been picking on me for too long now..." Tangela said confidently. All the water Pokemon jumped onto her, tickling her belly. "NOHOHOHOHOHO GEHEHEHET OHOHOHOHOFF!!!" Charizard laughed loudly. "You deserve this Chari!" Tangela stated. Tangela summoned a vine that tickled Charizard's deep navel. The vine tickled at an insane speed. Charizard couldn't handle this, her belly and navel was her weak spot. "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA" Charizard squirmed around like she was insane. The water types kept up their tickle assault on her belly.

Charizard wanted this to stop. "PLEHEHEHEASE STAHAHAHAHAP I'LL STOHOHOHOHOP PIHIHIHICKING ON YOUHUHUHU!!!" Tangela told his friends to get off and to stop tickling her belly. They stopped. Tangela also stopped tickling her navel. "Are you sure? You don't sound like you mean it." Tangela said suspiciously. Charizard didn't reply. Tangela took as a sign that she wasn't going to stop. Tangela put a vine into her belly button and wiggled around, faster than before. "YEHEHEHEHES I'LL STAHAHAHAHAHAHAP, JUHUHUHUHUST MAHAHAHAHAKE IHIHIHIHIT STAHAHAHAP!" Charizard was broken down into giggles, she was just too ticklish.

Tangela stopped and put her down, Charizard apologised for picking on Tangela, mainly because she didn't want to be tickled again. "If you pick on me or my friends again, we will tickle you with less mercy next time." Tangela said, trying to sound threatening. "O-Okay..." Charizard said, flying away afterwards.

It was a happy ending, eventually, Tangela and Charizard became friends, Tangela would keep tickling her occasionally to tease her.
