What I could see through the window was beautiful, it was definetely a nice place to live. Their house was really beautiful it was so warm and it had that “mom's touch” that I had only seen in old movies. I got a little upset at the fact that I never had this, there were pictures of the family everywhere, while in my house there was just one big photo of the three of us in the living room and that was all. I was going to stay in Jay's room with him because his bed was bigger or something like that it's not that it didn't matter to me sleep in the same bed, I mean we have contless nights in the couch but I was seriously thinking on sneaking to El's room and spend my nights there I didn't want them to think that me and Jay are something more or I don't know. When Jay showed me the way to his room I could see more pictures inthe hall. His room was the first door to the right, his walls were cream and he had posters of bands hanging. His bed was in fact big and it had a red duvet. He also had a flat screen and some books and a desk on the other side of the room he had his wardrobe and a full length mirror. There was a door inside the room and Jay told me it was the bathroom, good thing he has his own because I didn't want to walk around the hall with just a towel, especially when Sean was flirting hard core. I started to un pack when Jay told me he was going to help his mom with the groceries. I was half way finished when I heard a knock on the door.

“Can I come in?” A soft voice said.

“Sure, is your house after all” I said with a warm smile when I saw El.

“You are right, it is” She said with a giggle and sitting next to my suitcase on the bed. “So you and my brother” She said and I wasn't expecting that. 

“Me and your brother what?” I said trying to put my stuff in the right place.

“Do you like him?” She asked frankly and my eyes widen.

“No, I mean yes, I mean I like him as a friend” I said I was confuse and I didn't know what to say actually.

“Whatever helps you sleep at night” She muttered.

“What?” I asked her in disbelief.

“Look I know I'm young but I'm not stupid, I saw the way you look at him and the way he looks at you, there is something and you know it” This little girl knew what she was talking about I let out a deep sigh and sat next to her.

“I don't think so I know he likes me as a friend” I said and she shook her head. 

“Maybe at first but we all know him, plus we know you are important because he had never brought a girl here” She said and my jaw touched the floor. 

“What? He? What?” I let out a groan I don't know why I got a bit mad by the fact that he didn't told me about that tiny detail, El started laughing at my face.

“Yeah you are the first, plus we kinda saw it coming he hasn't shut up about you for months” She said with a nice smile.

“Nothing can happen” I said honestly.

“Why not?” she asked curious.

“It's complicated” I said looking at the floor.

“Why you older people had to make things complicated?” She said more to herself.
