Lucas and Malakai quickly followed as the Lycan King swept Elora off her feet and began hurrying to the forest. The Lycan growled and gripped her glasses, throwing them away.Lucas caught them swiftly, knowing she'd be livid if she didn't wake up with them.
They hurried to keep up with his fast pace.
"Where the hell are you taking her?" Lucas grunted. Sizzling was heard from Malakai's footsteps.
They approached a makeshift camp outside the packs borders, another Lycan ran up and they all entered the tent. The brothers followed and watched the King sit with their sister settled in his lap.
"Who are you?" The new Lycan asked aggressively while shrugging on a lab coat.
Malakai quickly stepped up at the sound of a fight brewing before the King spoke.
"They're her brothers. Stand down. Now fix her."
"Can someone explain what the fuck is going on?" Malakai asked.
"She's mine," He explained curtly.
"What species are you?" The assumed doctor asked as he flashed a light into Elora's eyes. His brow furrowed as her pupils stayed somewhat skinny, in an odd shape.
"Hellhound and some type of magical creature. You won't get her eyes to react, they don't." Lucas explained.
"You don't know exactly what you are?"
"Well, why don't we call up the parents that abandoned us," Malakai threw his hands up as he grew angrier and angrier.
The king rubbed his forehead, "what's her name?"
"What's your name?"
"That wasn't a question," he grunted as he grew more annoyed. He sighed loudly before looking at Elora.
"My name is Demetrius. Now, what's my mates' name?"
Malakai didn't move to reveal her name and only shrugged at him.
Demetrius glared at the Hellhound before Lucas spoke. "Her name is Elora. I'm Lucas, the idiot steaming is Malakai."
They all snapped their gaze to Elora as her bright yellow shot hand shot out and gripped the doctor's throat. Her eyes shot open as his skin began to sizzle in her grasp. She bared her teeth at him as her entire body began to glow.
Malakai's eyes widened, knowing what was bound to happen.
"Knock her out! Now!" He yelled and tried to lurched towards her.
"Why!" Demetrius growled seemingly unbothered by her choking of the doctor. Malakai managed to reach and pinch a pressure point, watching Elora fall back into unconsciousness.
Lucas relaxed from his tense stature. "She's quite literally a living bomb."
The now injured doctor fell away from their sister and her mate pulled her into his lap once again, still unbothered.
Lucas suddenly sighed, "We're not with the pack by the way. For whatever reason you attacked them, we were bought when we were young. Elora has a brand that kept her here, but I'm assuming the Alpha is dead. So now it's just a pointless scar."
