Joey cleaned his room up and folded the clothes he just washed, storing some in drawers and hanging the others, he got dressed to go out with Shane. They planned on just walking around in the city, maybe hang around in the park. Shane decided to actually tell him the truth, that he has been lying certain things to him because he's a Prince. He found it strange that no one recognized him, well, maybe because he tried not to show his face alot by looking down most of the time, but Joey? His friends, Whitney and Cat? Maybe they weren't that interested to know who the King and Queen's sons are, or they just didn't notice, lucky Shane.

Shane checked his watch, it's time to meet up with Joey. He slowly opened his bedroom door and only popped his head out, looking left to right. Making sure the coast was clear and no one was near. He got out and closed the door behind him, silently walking in the hallway.
"Where are you going?"
Shane stopped walking and stood up straight when he heard his mom's voice. He turned around and scratched the back of his head.
"In the yard." he awnsered casually.
"Dressed like that?"
Shane looked at his clothes, he had his coat on he usually wears when they would go out, as in, behind the gates. His mom knows how he would dress if he goes outside if it was the yard, just a sweater.
"It's cold, that's why."
"Then why do you keep going outside?" she raised an eyebrow.
"Shit, she knows." he thought to himself."Just catching some fresh air-"
"You can't lie to me, Shane. I know what you've been doing the past few days."
Shane stayed quiet.
"You have been going out, put yourself to danger, for God knows what!"
"I-i'm sorry, but-"
"No buts! I never thought i'd say this but, you're grounded!" she said and stormed away.
"Grounded?!" I can't be grounded, i'm 26 years old!" he said and followed her.
"I don't care, you disrespected the rules! Have you got any idea what you've put yourself into??"
"I know but hear me out!"
"You know damn well that you're not allowed to go out, on your OWN! And you did it secretly, which makes it worse!"
"Mom, please."
"Be quiet!" she yelled and walked away. Shane stood there, and sighed hard. He walked towards Anthony's room.
"Anthony??" he called him while he looked around in his room, he wasn't there. He walked into the livingroom and found him and his dad talking.
"Can I talk to you for a second?" he asked his brother. Anthony excused himself and walked over.
"Yes?" Anthony said and they both started walking.
"Mom found out."
"Oh boy.. You're in trouble aren't you?"
"She grounded me, can you believe this!?"
"Grounded??" Anthony started laughing.
"This isn't funny! I was about to meet up with Joey, but now he's waiting for me!"
"Just tell him you're sick?"
"No, I will go out-"
"Shane, just leave it. You're making it worse." he said and held his shoulder, stopping him from walking.
