I laid there, sobbing silently on the bed as Lucas stands up and stretches. I had cheated on Arthur... Lucas clouded my mind and... I was so willing... And now, I was exhausted. I climaxed 3 times before he climaxed once, and he didn't stop at one... He was focused on me having his child. He lets out a soft, satisfied sigh as he looks at me, his hair covering part of his face. He slithers over and gently kisses my forehead. "I have to go for a little bit mate. I'll be back tonight." I just sobbed in response, too tired to speak. Even if I wasn't tired, I doubt I'd be able to talk. Just breathing made it feel like a thousand tiny needles were stabbing my throat from how much I had been screaming. "Of course, I know you're exhausted, but I can't trust you to run off to... him." He growls, and I knew he was talking about Arthur. He walks over to a corner of the burrow, pulling out a collar and chain. "N-No..." I whisper, attempting to move away from him. "As long as you don't move, you won't feel it." He moves closer. I felt so helpless... I couldn't move. I couldn't fight back. I could barely even speak. He puts the collar around my neck and ties the chain to the bed. "I'll be back tonight." He smiles, kissing me gently. I don't kiss him back. He pulls away and slithers to the entrance of the cave, putting the bolder back over the entrance once he left. I stare up at the dark ceiling of the cave, noticing some ores sparkling slightly in the faint light casted by the cracks from the entrance. I slowly drift off, allowing sleep to consume me, hoping I would have dreams of Arthur.
~Arthur's POV~
I quickly slither through the forest, my heart thudding against my chest in fear. Scarlet had been missing for hours, and when I went to find her, I couldn't even catch a whiff of her scent. She was gone. "Magi?!" I shout. Magi hangs upside down in front of me, her arms folded tightly over her chest. "What?" She asks in her usual irritated tone. "Scarlet's gone." I state. Her eyes widen, clearly sensing my worry. "Where did she go?" She asks, trying to sound uninterested. "I'm not sure. I think... Lucas might have got her." She growls, lowering herself to the ground. She hits my shoulder. "I told you! You needed to keep your eyes on her, especially during mating season!" She shouts, growling at me. "Just help me find her! You can yell at me later!" I growl back. She glares at me and slithers off. I slither off towards the creek, knowing where Lucas' burrow was.
I come up to the burrow, gently moving the bolder from the entrance. Sunlight filled the dark cave, the light shining on the limp body of my mate, her back to me. I could feel guilt fill me, almost to the point I could burst. I slowly slither over to her, watching her curl up. "Please... Leave me alone..." She whispers, her voice weak like she was screaming. "Do you really want that?" I whisper. She turns over slowly, her beautiful green eyes locking with mine. Her Auburn hair covered some of her face. Tears filled her eyes, her body shaking. "Arthur..." She whispers, but I interrupt her. "Love... I'm so sorry." I whisper, cupping her cheek. She lets out a sob. "I shouldn't have left..." She whispers. "I should have came with you.." I hated seeing her like this... She looked so sad... so broken... I felt something snap inside me. Almost like when I first met her, but so much stronger. I had to protect her. I take off her collar and I gently pick her up, trying not to hurt her. She curls up in my arms, sobbing into my chest. "He did awful things to me..." She whispers. "Sh... I know love... I'll take care of him." I whisper, taking her back to our burrow. "I can't move..." She sobs. I went to respond, but I couldn't. The words got caught in my throat. I felt tears build up in my eyes, but I held them back. I couldn't let her see me cry... I had to comfort her. I gently lay her on the ground of our burrow and curl up next to her. I hold her closer, feeling her flinch in pain. I sigh softly. "Sorry love..." I loosen my grip. She shakes her head and wraps her arms around me. "Don't apologise... I'm sorry for wandering so far..." I could hear the drowsiness in her voice. "Don't blame yourself... Please, just sleep." I whisper. She started to mumble something, but she passed out half way through her sentence. I sit up and look out to the forest. Lucas will NOT get away with this. Not if I had a say in it.
A/N: Oohh, Arthur is showing a slight Yandere side. Should he kill Lucas?
