The past few weeks with Liam have been great. He's really been helping me and we've actually become pretty close. He's really smart, and he's helped me understand so much about chemistry that I never thought I would. He's a really funny person and extremely easygoing. Our newfound friendship has been working out great, although he still ignores me during school hours.

I sluggishly drag my feet through the gravel and slowly approach the concession stand, a smile instantly lighting my face once I see Liam sorting out a variety of candy.

"Hey!" I greet with a big smile.

"Someone's happy." He replied softly, quickly looking up from the candy and back down again.

"Yup," I replied, popping the 'p', "We did just win after all," My smile widened as I thought about how we crushed the other team. They weren't even that bad of a team, their coaching was just terrible.

"Oh, what a surprise." He smiled back, before picking up the boxes of candy he was sorting and placing them on the counter behind him. He turned around with a small smile and placed one of his elbows on the hard, wooden counter, using his hand to hold up his head.

The concession stand couldn't even be considered a concession stand. It was more of a wooden box full of overpriced candy and food.

"What can I get you, Jackson?" Lee asked, looking straight into my eyes. My heart rate sped up and I felt trapped in his gaze. Like his beautiful gray eyes were sucking me in further and further into a pit, and soon enough I won't be able to climb out

"I mean, we did just win..." I replied in a pouting type voice. Liam simply rolled his eyes, already knowing what Im gonna say next. "Maybe you should reward the star baseball player?" I asked smugly, a smirk instantly filling my face. Liam let out a soft snort before sticking his hands in his oversized jacket pockets.

"What do you want?" He replied softly, still slightly laughing. Liam is one of those people who finds everything funny. The smallest and simplest things amuse him. He walks around with this blatant disregard for the evil in this world. Almost like he's clueless. Clueless of the real world and what goes on in it. He's innocent, like a small child.

"Isn't it obvious that he wants to make out with you? I don't think you can buy make out sessions here, Jacky." I quickly turned to the source of the voice and my eyes locked with Seths, who was currently leaning against the concession stand eating gummy worms. My eyes narrowed, sending him a threatening look, telling him to shut the hell up.

"Seth what the hell, go away," I mumbled, not wanting to deal with his annoying ass.

"But you never hang out with me anymore!" He whined in his obnoxious baby voice, almost making me feel guilty, "you're always with your boyfriend, probably having sex together every single day. What're y'all gonna do when you're both dying of an incurable STD! I'm not gonna be the one to help you." Seth huffed out before shoving his face full of the gummy worms he held in his hand.

I rolled my eyes before turning back to Liam, who stood there with the most beautiful smile I've ever seen. "He's not my boyfriend, he's tutoring me. I'm not gay." I muttered back, annoyed by Seth's presence. Don't get me wrong, I love Seth like he's a brother, I just can't deal with him sometimes.

"Keep telling yourself that," Seth replied with a wink before walking away with his head down.

"You're making me really depressed, Dyer!" He called out as he walked away.

"Don't be so dramatic!" I yelled back before letting out a small laugh. I turned my attention back to Liam and his beautiful smile but was completely caught off guard when he shoved a plastic container holding a pretzel and cheese into my hands. I looked down at the pretzel and a huge smile quickly emerged, filling my entire face. I instantly took a piece off and dipped it into the hot cheese. I took no time in sticking it in my mouth, moaning at the delicious taste of ballpark food.

"This is the shit. Like this cheese, it's my childhood." I continued to let out small moans. Something about concession stand food gets me. I know it's supposed to taste like shit, but it tastes like absolute heaven to me.

"I've never had it." Liam's soft voice replied as he shrugged his small shoulders. My mouth instantly dropped. I quickly stuck my finger in the warm, delicious cheese and held it up to his face.

"Try it," I demanded.

His face turned completely red and you could tell how nervous he was. I simply rolled my eyes and shook my finger in front of his face, urging him on to try the mouthwatering cheese, "c'mon, it's really good."

Hesitantly he grabbed my wrist with his shaky hand and brought my finger up to his lips. He rested my cheese-covered finger against his soft lips before sticking his tongue out, slowly licking up my finger.

I couldn't help the feelings I got everywhere, and I felt my cheeks go hot when I noticed the most prevalent feeling being one in my lower region.

I watched with wide eyes as he stuck my entire finger in his mouth. I don't mind the feeling in all honesty. His lips are the softest I've ever felt, but of course, as quick as it happened, it was over. He let go of my wrist, which I let fall, causing it to slam against the counter, almost knocking off the plastic container holding the pretzel.

"Hm it's okay, I'm not sure it's 'the shit' though," he said softly before turning around, grabbing a few candy boxes and placing them on the front counter. He quickly went back to sorting the candy and I watched his every movement.

God fucking damn.
