The YouTube channel boomed. I wanted to put an original up as I had already put a few covers up. Each one of the videos earning just under 10,000 views each. That alone stunned me. But back to the starting point as I wanted to put an original I had to decide to give away one of my early songs. Those songs meant so much to be and I couldn't give them up to public debate. Because of that I decided that a new song should be created.
I co-wrote a song with Zayn that afternoon while everyone was out. We locked ourselves in the music room of the flat. I decided to ask Zayn to co-write with me as he has such a way with words, it was incredible to see him work. I on the other hand saw my strengths lie with the piano. Together we wrote a song called Dive in. (a.n original song composed and sung by YouTuber Megan Davies link will be in media)

Zayn left soon after and I decided that I should film the song immediately. I set up my equipment to film when I was about to start I heard a knock on the door.
Louis' head popped in. I just nodded to him to step inside the studio-like room. He sat die in a chair behind the camera and nodded for me to continue the song. So I performed the song in front of the camera, again, smiling while nodding to signal the end of the video.
"That's amazing Lex" Louis stopped the silence. "Let's go out for dinner to celebrate the song" Louis suggested. I was about to jump at the chance as I didn't want to cook tonight but I was interrupted. My mobile phone started to ring in my back pocket, blaring the generic apple ringtone. I reached into my pocket to get the device.
"Hello" I answered.
