Since the truth between you two came out, the bond that had been formed since he took you to his village changed. Not for the worst...but for the better.
For the past few months, you and Migo grew closer than the last time you remembered. You showed him about the old hometown you used to live in, what education is like in your world, how you live day by day, how you used your hobbies to help get by life. He became enthralled by the wonders of the world far beyond his village. You even went out of your way to show him how technologies of the human world work, which is almost the same as the ones in his home.
The more time you spent with one another, the more at peace he was with you.
Percy, Brenda, and the S.E.S. are the only ones who know about your growing love, but the humans and Yetis are yet to know about it. The last you all need is tension about your relationship with him.
During your visits, Migo would hold your hand while you were walking around the Yeti village, your hands hidden underneath his jacket to prevent the villagers from noticing. He would also sneak kisses on your face and lips without the humans or Yeti villagers looking. Of course, whenever Migo was in the human city, someone would always try and sneak a photo of you and him together, only to be caught red-handed by one of you or maybe Percy.
The last thing you need is for the whole thing to be blown by accident. Luckily, the secret was hidden and kept safe.
"Hey, (Y/N)?" Migo asked one day. You had invited him over for a movie night after a long day of learning more new things about either world.
"Yeah?" You asked back.
"If your father and stepfamily were here right now...and they found out that you've been dating a Yeti...how do you think they'd react?"
To be honest, you had no idea, but you do not want to know what would happen. "Well, it'll be hard to explain to them, though..." you chuckled for a moment. "...I'd bet they'd lose their minds. Ironic that the girl from a previous marriage has never been paid much attention at home."
"Why is that now?" Migo sniggered.
"Well, the town I grew up in is a gossip town, so hearing that her husband's daughter from a previous marriage is hanging around a Yeti would be bad for their reputations," you then laughed, with Migo laughing quietly alongside you.
"I'd like to see them try to explain their neglecting you to their friends."
"Me, too." You sighed content and scooted closer to him.
The only sound that surrounded the room was the movie playing on the TV. Migo glanced down at you, his face getting red. His hands hesitantly moved from behind the sofa and took you in his arms, which surprised you a bit, before he took you in his lap. "Is this okay?" He asked shyly.
You blushed a bit before you nestled your head in closer. "It's fine," you replied. In response, Migo relaxed and wrapped his arms around your waist after he made sure you were comfortable.
For a moment, he only stole glances from the movie down at you, your (E/C) orbs studying the scenes emitting from the screen. Your chest moved up and down with each breath that is emitted from your lungs. With a soft hum, he rested his chin on your (H/C) head, pulling you closer. As his one hand held you by your waist, his other absentmindedly rubbed your leg, his thumb making a circular motion.
Unbeknownst to him, you felt at ease at his touch. The way his chin rested on your head, how his hands held onto you, how he had asked you for consent but didn't push you into submission, how his breathing in a rhythmic pattern calmed you down whenever you feel overwhelmed.
With a content sigh leaving your lips, you leaned your head against his neck, basking in his wood-like scent. You want to stay like this forever...
"(Y/N)?"
When you hummed in question and glanced up at him, his lips suddenly connected with yours, nearly taking you by surprise, but you kissed him back in return.
With the movie now long forgotten, the two of you now remained on the couch as your lips interlocked and departed alternatively. Migo then nestled himself on top of you on the couch, his hands roaming around your hair and body. You two pulled apart a moment later, a string of saliva between your tongues.
"Migo...what the hell was that all about?" You asked him with a giggle.
Migo only blushed as he averted his gaze around before he answered bashfully. "Uh...Fleem had dared me to do it, but, uh...I wanted to ask you first..."
"Really?" You raised an amused eyebrow at him.
"I didn't want to force you into this if you didn't want to," Migo continued with honesty. "Plus...it's...I've seen a few scenes from the movies before...wanted to see how it turns out..."
"...and you thought it was gonna be romantic or something?" You jokingly questioned him.
"Uh...maybe?" Migo replied with a shy grin as he tried to avoid your gaze.
Without a word, you pulled him back in and smashed your lips against his, this time with you being the one to take him by surprise. Both your tongues met one another, with Migo's one hand rubbing your thigh. However, when it trailed up underneath your shirt, you stopped him for a second.
"Um, Migo...?" You said hesitantly.
"Do you want to stop?" He implied sincerely.
You bit your lip before you answered. "For right now."
Migo nodded as he sat you both back up on the couch. "It was fun, though. Better than I thought."
"And you were worried it wouldn't be like the movies," you told him teasingly.
"Shut up," Migo blushed, nearly covering his face in your neck, as you laughed softly.

A/n: Sorry it took so long for me to update this. Life got in the way, and I don't have any other ideas for the next chapter. If you give me any, I'd appreciate it very much.
