Late Nights

Ally's POV

I pick up my phone and call my mum.

"Hey mum, I need to know a few things and if we can do something for Edward?"

Edward's POV

I walk out of the bathroom and wipe my face.

"Sorry I didn't feel that great at the moment." I look in the living room.

"Ally? Where are you?"

"Kitchen."

"I'm hungry." I mumble.

"Yeah, me too, that's why I am trying to make macaroni and cheese." she smiles, "I hope that's okay."

"Yeah, it's fine." I smile

I walk up behind her, and put my head on her shoulder and let my wrists rest on her waist. I hold my hands and rest them on her stomach rubbing my thumbs against her skin. I can smell her hair, it smells like daisies. Her skin is soft like a fluffy blanket. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.

She leans into me.

"What are you doing babe?" she smiles.

"Loving you." I mumble and kiss her shoulder lightly.

"Shit, the noodles need to go in." she says.

She picks them up and puts them in the boiling water. She turns around and smiles at me.

"You're really adorable." she says and brushes her fingers through my hair.

"What are you doing tonight?"

"Noah and I were going to go to Chelsea's but they said I don't have to come."

She grabs my hand and pulls me closer to her. She messes with my fingers and looks up at me. We are only inches away. My eyes flicker to her lips. They look soft. She leans a little closer.

I lean into her lips. Her lips are soft like I thought. I lean back smiling big. It was a short but soft kiss.

"I love you Edward."

"I love you too Ally."

She smiles big and turns back to the macaroni. The doorbell rings.

"Can you finish this please?"

"Yeah."

Ally's POV

I walk to the door with a smile on my face. I open the door.

It's Noah and Chelsea.

"Oh hey. What are you guys doing here?"

"We wanted to see you and Edward." Noah says smiling.

"He's shirtless. Hold on."

I walk up the stairs and give him his shirt.

"Noah and Chelsea are here."

I walk back to the door as he puts his shirt on.

"Come in." 

"Go sit in the living room, guys. You can too babe." I smile. 

I walk back to the kitchen and grab four plates. I try to serve the boys more than Chelsea and I. 

They go sit down and I grab four forks and grab two plates and give them to Chelsea and Noah. I go back and grab the other two and give Edward his. I sit on the ground and take a bite.

"So Noah. I thought you were going to Chelsea's?"

"She's boring I prefer you." he laughs. 

"Aren't you just a ray of sunshine?" Chelsea laughs.

I look at Edward and he moves the plate from his lap. He isn't laughing. He looks pissed off.

"Sit in my lap. The floor is dirty." he says loud and clear.

"Okay." I say little bit scared what he'd say if I said no. 

I sit in his lap and his hand slither around my waist pulling me close and holding me tight. Too tight. I act normal and take another bite.

"Jesus Ally that shirt lets your clevage pop out." Noah says and tries pulling my shirt up.

I hear Edward growl and curse under his breath.

"Stop it Noah." I laugh slapping his hands away.

I eat the rest and get up to take my plate to the kitchen.

"Again Ally with the clothes cover up your bu-"

"Edward get off of him!" Chelsea yells.

I turn around and Edward is on Noah choking him. 

"Edward! Stop!" I yell putting my plate on the coffee table. 

I try pulling Edward off of Noah but he doesnt budge. 

"Edward!" I scream and slap his back. 

"What?" he loosens his grip a little. 

"Get off him!" 

"Will he stop flirting with you?"

"He's not! He's gay."

"He is? Since when?" he says getting off of him. 

Noah gasps for air and breathes heavy until he catches his breath.

"Since I kissed him." Chelsea says.

"I'm sorry." he says to Noah.

"It's okay. I should've known better not to joke about that stuff."

"Ally, we have to go. My mum wanted me back an hour ago." Chelsea says. "Not joking Edward. We aren't leaving because you." 

"I know. Sorry again."

"It's okay."

They get their shoes and coats. Before they leave they both hug us. 

"I just am afraid to lose you Ally." Edward mumbles.

"I know baby. I am tiredddddd." I yawn. 

I grab his hand and drag him to my room. I fall on the bed and pull the covers over me.

"Is she okay with me staying the night?"

"I don't care. Neither does she because I told her what happened. I kind of had to. Sorry."

"It's okay." he says not even the tiniest bit mad.

He turns the light off and I close my eyes. I feel the bed behind me dip down and I fall asleep.
