~Julia's POV~
Turns out the boy's name is Liam. Cute, right? Well he just so happens to be in my second period history class! He had asked if he could move his seat next to mine, mostly because neither one of us new anyone in that class.
"Alright class, take one of the textbooks on your desk and turn to page 347, paragraph 6. Read only three pages," Mr. Giddins chirped. The class groaned. I grabbed for the top book in the pile on our table when I felt something soft and warm and a warm sensation flooded through my body. My stomach filled with butterflies instantly as I realised I touched Liam's hand! I pulled away and reached for the second one.
"Sorry..." I muttered with my cheeks already blood red.
" It's fine..." He looked like he wanted to say something else but was cut off by Mr. Giddins' telling us to grab a partner to answer the 20 questions for the reading passage. I turned to look at Liam and he smiled.
"Partner?" He smirked.
"Partner" I said smiling, still slightly pink.

~Liam's POV~
I'm not going to say I felt sparks when our hands touched. I'm not That cheesy, but I will say that I felt something. Something I've never felt before. I just know that there is something special about this girl, I just haven't figured it out yet.
Turns out that I only have history and lunch with her, so we agreed that every day we would meet in the library during lunch with snacks so we don't starve every day.
We met in the hallway around the corner from the library and walked in together. We grabbed a table in the back and sat across from each other. I took out the project we were assigned in history after we finished the questions.
"Do you-"
"Shhhhh!!!" I was cut off by the librarian telling us to be quiet.
"Sorry..." I whispered. All the while Julia was furiously scribbling on a lined piece of loose leaf paper. She passed it to me.
"Yeah... We're not allowed to talk... Haha sorry, forgot to warn you!" It read. God, even her handwriting was cute! She handed me her pen and motioned towards the paper. I took the pen from her and scribbled:
"Ohhhhh... Okay:) we can talk through the paper then?" I passed it back to her.
"Yup. :) haha. You want to do the project or just talk for a bit?" She asked. I didn't have to think twice to answer that.
"Talk. Definitely."
~Julia's POV~
I don't know why, but it was easier to talk to him on paper. This time I wasn't a shy girl. I was me. The REAL me. I couldn't stutter on paper. I couldn't make my voice so low you could barely hear it. I opened up. Something I haven't done in a while.
"So do you want to come over my house after school? For the project?"
I froze at that question. I didn't know what to say. I shocked my self when I absent-mindedly wrote:
"Sure! I'd love too!"
Before I passed the paper back to him, I also added a fast:
"What time?"
