Feeling lost is kind of pricey
Some may not see it that way but it shouldn't be taken lightly
The cost is your mental health and it's expensive as Nike and it's timely
We don't see it that way but it's like having your phone blown up and the caller is scam likely
Your mind is in control but what's really moving is your body, sadly
To say I've been in a good state of mind is an understatement
My soul utters for directions from a place designed like a basement
And an endless forest is the designated location
It's dark, quiet and scary like a pavement
My body feels like a 4 story house that's vacant
Learning to wait but that's causing me to be more impatient
This void in me, Feels like an ocean that's 6ft deep
It's like I'm swimming while trying not to fall asleep
They say what you sow is what you reap
Yet here I am getting treated like the black sheep
Being told to mop, but I'd rather sweep
Hopefully this mental phase isn't too steep
Otherwise I'll have to take a leap, since talk is cheap
