Paigion.

"You finished?" I asked Ariel. She was flat ironing my hair before the party. It was the next day and I could hardly wait.

I got up from my pink stool that I use for my desk and walk in front of my bathroom mirror. I smiled as I ran my fingers through my hair.

"Love it?" Ariel asked.

"Yess."
I dragged, hissing at the end as I made Ariel laugh.

I exit out of the bathroom and went to my nightstand, picking up my phone as I took it off the charger. I grabbed my purse and spray my Chance by Chanel before following Ariel out of the door.

Jogging down the steps and stopping in the foyer to make sure I had everything I need before leaving.

I glance up to see Ariel standing at the door as she played with the knob. I thought the girl had already left me. So patient.

"My little baby is about to leave?" My mom Leandra fake whined as her heels clicked towards me.

"Yeah, but we're not going to be out for long." I assured her.

She smiled.
"Oh, you two are grown to have fun all night. Just be careful." She pinch my cheek and gave my forehead a kiss before walking over to Ariel, doing the same.

She said that's her second baby.

"Ok, mama's babies. Have fun and tell Gabby I said heyyy."
We laughed as I nod my head.

"Alright, I'll bring you back something." Within that, we left out and hopped in my mother's Chevy camaro as we drove to Gabrielle's house.

At the red light, I pulled out my phone and plugged in the aux as I turned on Ravyn Lenae's The Night Song.

Once the light turn green, I drive and sang along until we got to her house.

"Buddies!" Gabrielle squealed as we did the same, engaging in a group hug.

"Oh, it's been centuries!" We pulled away before the hug could get any longer. I don't care, it was good to see her.

"Come on in, another guest just arrived before y'all."
I entered behind Ariel as I stared at the ceiling in awe.

The lights she had put on the ceiling reminded me of the sky outside.

"Hey GiGi." I look down and Bailey was in front of me.

She smiled as she waves. I smiled back and gave her a hug.
Bailey use to be in my homeroom and gym class back at Johnston. She is quiet but only talk to me cause she felt like I understand her. Despite getting bullied, I've always reminded her that she is a somebody no matter what they say. Bailey has such a beautiful spirit.

"Look at you, we've both changed throughout the years huh?"
She laughed as I nodded in agreement.

"Yep, I miss you so much."
I gave her another hug.
