CHAPTER TWENTY SEVEN

"Was all your fault" once she said that, Heejin's mother slapped her across the face

"Mom!" Taeyong said as he went to see if Heejin was alright

"I-I'm sorry" Her mother stuttered, being shocked with herself as she tried to aid Heejin

"Don't touch me" Heejin said lowly as her mother stepped back, Tears running down her face as Heejin picked up her bags and headed towards the door

"Heejin, come back" Myungsoo called out but Heejin was already out the house

Mark's phone rang as all the students were on the bus going back home, it was already late and everyone was knocked out.

"Hello" Mark answered tiredly, stretching in his seat a little, as he was cautious of not waking up Jaemin, who was sleeping next to him

"Mark, have you guys spoken with Heejin after she left?"

"Actually no, why? Is something wrong Hyung?" Mark said as he heard Myungsoo sigh on the phone

"Heejin left home last night and we haven't heard from her since then, if you guys hear anything, please call me or Taeyong" Myungsoo said

"Alright, i hope this is just one of Heejin's tantrums" Mark said as Myungsoo chuckled nervously

"Me too, Mark...me too"

They both hanged up and Mark shook Jaemin awake, as he shot up and looked around confused, scratching his head groggily.

"What time is it" he asked

"It doesn't matter what time it is, do you happen to know where Heejin is?" Mark said as Jaemin shook his head

"Well, Heejin left home last night and hasn't been home since, Myungsoo just called and told me" Mark said as Jaemin was wide awake at the news, his worry growing out of his body

"I have to go find her" he said frantically as Mark shook his head and tried to calm his friend down

"We'll be there soon, don't worry" Mark said as Jaemin nodded his head and waited

During the bus ride, he called his friend Jungwoo, who was good at hacking and asked him if he could atleast find where Heejin could be.

Once they got back to the school, He went inside his car and drove straight to Heejin's house, knocking at the door and Myungsoo answering it.

"I heard what happen, have you guys heard anything else about where she went?" Jaemin said as Myungsoo motioned for him to come in

"No, She hasn't been answering our calls or text, and we didn't want to make it a big deal, but dealing with the things she's done in the past, we can't take the risk of her doing something stupid" Myungsoo said as they both walked to the living room

Jaemin was surprised to find both Heejin's parents there, as they sat in opposite couches, both of them wearing worried looks on their faces.

"Sorry for dropping by so late, but I heard what happen and wanted to help finding Heejin" Jaemin said as he bowed politely at both of her parents

"It's alright Jaemin, You're her boyfriend, It's expected of you to be worried just as much as us" Heejin's father said as her mother turned to look at Jaemin with a shocked expression
