Chapter 27

When we pulled away once more, he smiled down at me as he cleared his voice and asked me, "Will you go to Formal with me?"

I looked at him and grinned.

I decided to mess with him.

"I can't," I answered, "I already have a date."

"W-what!?" he exclaimed a bit too loudly.

I tried to shut him up but he was still continued to freak out.

"Who!?" he exclaimed, "Who's the guy who asked you!?"

I couldn't help laugh but that only got him to get angrier. I gave him a kiss, even if he didn't want to, he gave in to the kiss. I laughed into the kiss before I finally told him.

"Lydia asked me to be her date and I said yes," I laughed, "But if you want to be my side date, then yes."

He looked dumbfounded.

He freaked out about nothing. But he just got annoyed with me as he crossed his arms. I rolled my eyes at his reaction. I pushed his shoulder playfully before I slipped away from him. He noticed that I was about to leave as he pulled me back to the spot he had caged me in. I laughed at his playful side that now appeared on his eyes.

"I'm not done with you," he whispered.

"Yeah, well it's late," both Stiles and I looked over to the house to find an angry Lydia, "How about you do this later. I would like to have Juliette back as we have a formal date to plan."

I laughed as Stiles groaned in annoyance. Another person to add to our long list of interruptions. I was okay with this one as Lydia was right. It was late and I was getting tired. I gave Stiles a final kiss before I began to walk away. He took my hand in his as he stood in place, our arms extending as I continued to walk over to Lydia.

"You coming back to my place tomorrow?" he called out to me as I finally broke away from each other.

I turned to look at him as I smiled, "How about you go empty the drawer finally, and we'll just have to see."

"I just threw up in my mouth," Lydia announced.

"Lydia!" I hissed.

She shrugged her shoulder, "Not my fault you guys are too disgustingly sweet for my liking."

"Night," Stiles called out.

I turned around and blew him a kiss. He grinned before getting into his car and driving away as soon as we were both insides. Lydia turned around and crossed her arms. A look that showed that she was disappointed only made me roll my eyes.

"Oh come on, mom," I exclaimed, "Like you haven't done that with Jackson. Trust me I knew about them."

"What? How?" she exclaimed shocked that I knew one of her many secrets, "I always made sure you were out cold."

"Babe, I have a sixth sense for these things," I laughed, "Let's just go to bed, finally."

"I was in bed until someone woke me up," she huffed, "He's a jealous type."

"Oh, I know," I grinned, "It just makes him a bit hotter."

"Ew..." Lydia announced.

I laughed as quietly as I can. Slipping back into Lydia's room, we collapsed on the bed and finally allowed sleep to consume us. Well not before Stiles texted me, 'I love you.' Smiling, I returned it and placed my phone in silent as I allowed sleep to finally overtake me.
