Allister groaned as he tossed and turned in his bed. He was absolutely unable to fall asleep due to his nerves going haywire at the thought of what he was going to do the next day.

He had found himself to be in quite the predicament regarding you, and he knew all too well what it was.

He knew what the rapid beating of his heart, the constant shaking and sweating, his inability to form coherent sentences around you and the way you constantly plagued his thoughts meant.

Allister had fallen in love with you, hard, and starting tomorrow, he was going to start showing you.

Allister couldn't help himself. Ever since you faced off in your gym challenge days, he found you to be absolutely lovely. That attraction grew when you became the champion. You were a giver with the highest generosity that he's ever seen. You were powerful yet modest and always willing to give advice to everyone. You were absolutely charming and kind, and Allister loved how you spoke to him so softly, not wanting to scare him off due to his timid nature.

There were so many things he wanted to say to you, but he could barely mumble a proper 'hello' to you without freaking out, so pouring his feelings to you was out of the question.

So, he had shyly sought out the help of his fellow gym leaders, asking them for advice on how to show you that he loved you without having to use many words.

Thank goodness for his mask as his face was cherry red the entire time he collected the information he needed. Quite a few of the gym leaders had heavily teased him for being in love with the champion. However, despite it all, the leaders all gladly gave him some advice as they all thought that you and Allister would be an adorable couple.

Allister sighed. He was beyond nervous. His emotions were dizzying.

He forced himself to sleep. After all, he didn't want to be sloppy or accidentally forget something in the morning.

Milo's advice: Give her flowers that have meaning.

Allister was hiding behind behind a wall, shyly peeking at you as you spoke to Raihan near the Hammerlocke stadium.

In his hand was a white calla lily that Milo helped him pick out. Milo had said that calla lilies meant beauty, which was perfect for Allister as he didn't want to come on too strongly by giving you a flower that meant undying love.

Allister gently twirled the flower between his fingers, wondering if he should go for it. He didn't want to bother you. The more he waited, the more he was starting to regret this.
