"Fifteen minutes are left, I'll be giving the final question" Ibiki said, a small grin on his face as he saw Kankuro walk in with the 'sentinel'
"You sure took your time, I hope your trip was enlightening" Kankuro's eyes widened as he walked towards his seat, but not before giving the answers to his sister
"This time, there are different rules for the tenth question" everyone gulped as Shinku merely sat their in comfort as he thought about all his plans
"This time, each of you are given the option to hear this question, I may warn you, if you decide to hear the question and fail, your entire team is forbidden from ever becoming Chunin!" Shock was written on everyone's face
'Dumbasses'
Shinku knew that wouldn't be possible, each nation has roughly around the same amount of Shinobi, by doing this they would massively decrease the amount of Chunin they have
Of course there is the next one this year to block this situation, but due to the guidelines of why the chunin exams even exist, this act would simply be impossible or suffer the consequences of a potential war
So he did what every sane person would do with this info, sleep

But what irritated him was that the sound of Anko breaking the window just to enter dramatically
"This is no time to be celebrating, I'm your next proctor Anko Mitarashi! Ready for the second test? Good! Then follow me!" The candies deadpanned at her behavior while some males decided to leer at her figure
"You're early, again" Ibiki said with a shake of his head as Anko blushed in embarrassment
"How many are there... Ibiki, you let all thee guys pass, you must be getting soft"
"Or it could be just we have a strong crop of candidates this year" Ibiki countered
"This sure don't look like it" Anko grumbled under her breath
"When I'm finished with them, half of them will be gone" the candidates were shocked as Shinku merely placed his head down with his leaf headband covering his eyes
'So god damn annoying'

While the sun was setting down the figure if Ibiki could be seen collecting papers, a stack of them already on his left hand
'Naruko Uzumaki... what an interesting girl'
He shook his head with a laugh as he grabbed the paper the red eyed boy have
He turned it over only for his eyes to widen in absolute shock
'H-he got them all right!'
He knew the student did it in under a minute and slept throughout the entire exam after, he didn't even properly 'answer' the tenth question
But he did it... for such a boy to be in the crop of candidates...
'I guess this is the time where we'll see a new rising star'
