Dearest diary,
Today, I had a weird dream. I dreamed that it was a beautiful sunny day, and I was at the beach. The beach was full of people, and I was searching for a place to sit on the sand. Everything on the beach was perfect, it was a perfect feeling of breeze on my face, the swing of my hair, I was drinking cold coconut water. I was relaxed.
In a certain moment, I sit and I decided to walk to the water. Along the way, I saw two known people, my cousins Marcela and Marselle so I decided to go to them for greet and chat. At this moment, something surprised us. We were looking to the sea, and we saw giant waves forming near the beach sand.
I didn't even have time to get up! This giant wave got us and took everything. Everything was underwater, and when I realized what really happened, I swam trying to find the surface, but I couldn't... I was losing hope of leaving that beach, and I was fainting, until I blacked out. When I woke up, I was very scared and very nervous, because I was in a stranger local, and under the sea. Until I realized I was being watched by creatures that looked like pirate fish. I know that could be a little strange, but, yes, they were pirate fish. What happened after all this? I REALLY WOKE UP!
After waking up, I stayed thinking "Did I really dream this? Or am I going crazy?" It took me a while to process that dream, first. After that, I started to think, curious as I am: "What happened next?". So, I decided to sleep again, to try to go back to that dream. As a result? It didn't work out and I had to wake up and start my day. But that dream stayed in my mind until today, and, because of that, I decided to write about that.
I always wonder why people have these strange dreams, and if these dreams have any meaning. I think about it because these strange dreams don't have any sense for me, but
according to psychoanalysts dreams are things that are in our subconscious, preoccupations, problems, fears. Our mind always plays tricks on us. Now, I will continue without answers to my question, and I will never know what really happened with me in that place with the pirate fish.
After, I wrote a little more about my philosophies. For now, I stay here with my thoughts.
Gabriela.
