3rd-person POV
"Come." Was all Willard said as almost immediately, Yuliy charged at him, jumping at him and causing him to fall onto the ground. Yuliy raised his bloodied arm, and struck at the man below him, but stopped.

Yuliy lowered his hand, only to grab at the professors collar, shaking him, and asking him. "Why?! Why?!" Yuliy cried. "Why didn't you tell me?!" Yuliy cried desperately as he still held Willard's collar up.

With the elevated view from the ground, Willard was able to see (y/n) not too far away, holding back her bloodied hand, as well as her temptation to attack the professor, and even then, when Willard looked at the girl's face, he saw her broken expression of betrayal.

She whimpered. Her stoic expression now riddled in pain as she continued to struggle, clutching her wrist. She looked at the professor, and he could see her brightly glowing blue eyes, that were now glazed over with tears.

Their pain really got to him.

He remembered the time that he found the two. Abandoned. Lost. Helpless. "It... it was all because of my ego." Willard went on to explain as the two Siriuses listened. "I thought that if I took in young wolves that lost their own kind would serve as my atonement."

"But I led you both to believe that the path you should've taken was revenge... and that making it become a reason to live was the best thing to do..." Willard said, staring into the eyes of the Siriuses as he continued.

"I ended up trying to use you two as a tool for my own revenge." The two gasped as he continued. "Even if I was one of your targets..." there was a pause. "But... I thought... I could live with that... as long as the moment you learned the truth was the moment that I died..." he said.

"That time has come..." Willard said, but Yuliy intervened. "Shut the hell up..." Yuliy said, as Willard had a look of shock, as if he was accepting death. "Is that all what you thought of all those years with us?" Yuliy asked.

"Even if the blood of the beast is coursing through us, we refused to attack you. Let alone kill you... Do you know why?!" Yuliy yelled as (y/n), continuing to quietly weep as she began to dig her claws into the roof tiles.

"You've been our rock for all these years! You were like a father to us! To me..." Yuliy said, as the two began to shake, tears brimming their eyes as Willard looked at them. 'Yuliy... (y/n)...'

"If it wasn't for you, our stories would've ended then. I would died on those mountains, and (y/n) would've been left their alone, abandoned, left to fend for herself!... It was because of you, that we're here... it's because of you... that I've lived this long..." Yuliy cried.

"I-I..." (y/n) spoke, getting the attention of the two. "I-I thought I-I could trust you... I t-thought you t-took me in to save me... I-I thought we w-were family..." (y/n) said.

She cried as she spoke, struggling to get on her feet as she was losing blood. "You weren't really looking out for me, were you?... You were going to leave me back on those mountains, were you?..." She cried.

"What were you going to do after we've served our purpose?" She asked the professor as tears of anger and sadness began to stream down her blood stained face. "We're you just going to use me?! Then throw me away?!"

There was a pause. The silence sinking in as the fire roared around them.

"That was really all you thought of us for all those years, wasn't it?" (y/n) said quietly, but loud enough for the two to hear. "Tools for your own gain?" (y/n) asked, conflicted as the man she interrogated had the expression of struggle and shame.
