LUKAS
"Lukas, you can't stay mad at me forever," Daniella nagged, following me into my office.
"Daniella, you had no right to make the order without me. Someone could be dying out there because of you."
"I didn't think about it before they left to actually go do it. Besides, they must be fine if you haven't gotten a call or anything—"
At the same moment, my beta James, ran inside a pained expression on his face.
"Sir, we have a situation." I glared at Daniella then dragged her out with me as we followed James outside. He stopped at the entrance of the pack house leading me to Blake, one of our strongest members.
"Blake, what happened?" An arrow that we used in combat, was lodged into his stomach. I could tell by his expression that it was becoming hard to breathe for him.
"I don't know... it was all a blur. O-one minute we were scoping out the place and the next, I was shot with an arrow, the same as ours." Dragging my hand over my face, I looked at everyone crouched down beside him.
"Why didn't you take the arrow out of him?" I questioned, glaring at my fellow pack members.
"If we did, he would've bled out and not have made it here." Nodding my head at Daniella, she walked over the Blake and started to examine him.
She took a breath before yanking the arrow out of his torso then slowly placing her hand over the wound. Blake soon fell into an unconscious state due to the loss of blood, his body going limp.
Daniella closed her eyes, Blake's wound slowly started to heal, while her breathing began to accelerate. When the wound fully healed, her eyes snapped open as she backed away from him and stood up.
Daniella was gifted the power to heal. Our mother was a unique wolf and Daniella was lucky enough get some of her power when she had her. I, on the other hand, didn't get a damn thing.
"He's gonna be okay. The injury wasn't severe, so it wasn't as hard to heal him," Daniella explained, cracking her neck.
"You guys take him back to the pack house and come to me when he awakes," I ordered. They nodded their heads and carried Blake inside.
"You not coming in?" I shook my head.
"I'm going for a walk, I need to clear my head." As she walked inside, I started my walk into the woods. I swear, being Alpha becomes a pain in the ass, dealing with dick heads.
Whenever Daniella sends some people to spectate the woods or anywhere near our home, someone comes back injured. We were lucky enough to have Daniella here, or we would have lost Blake.
This has happened before but it's not a regular thing where Daniella has to heal someone.
The sound of leaves crunching made my feet come to a halt. I looked around then sniffed the air, not getting a strong scent. The sound came again, but this time much closer.
Before I knew it, I was knocked onto the ground by another body but much smaller. I groaned as I sat up to be face to face with a girl, with tear stained cheeks.
