Shit, shit, shit! It felt like I was back the laboratory getting chased by scientists all over again. Except this time, it was werewolves looking for blood. This place was like a maze and it was just door after door. One of the female wolves tackled me to the ground, growling in my face with her canines bare.

"Her breath reeks. Come on, Skylar, you got this!" Nova yelled. I felt a boost of adrenaline and kicked the woman off of me.

Quickly jumping to my feet I ran at her then jumped, digging my claws into her face. I climbed onto her shoulders then twisted her neck and fell onto the ground with her. My canines were bare and I was officially pissed off. My head snapped to the direction of the footsteps and I let out a low growl while standing to my feet. One rushed up to me and I rose up my hand, sending him flying towards the wall.

I was then attacked from behind and felt a slash to my side, causing me to yell in pain. With a pained groan I grabbed the top and bottom of his jaw, splitting it in half. With my hand holding my side, I ran to another door and kicked in open and finally I was outside.

"I don't even remember where home is," I said, breathlessly.

"We'll find it. Are you strong enough to mind link?" Nova asked.

"I can try. But I'm gonna heal first before more of those wolves come after me," I said, sitting against a tree with a wince.

I lifted my shirt and looked at the scratch on my side.

"Oh shit, that looks painful," I muttered before placing my hand on my side and inhaling sharply.

The wound began to close but there was still dry blood staining my skin. A low groan came from me as it started to sting. I blew out a breath when the would was healed then stood to my feet and made a run for it. The hellhole I was in started to fade, the more I ran. The wind blew past my face and leaves crunched under my feet but I didn't stop running. No looking back, just run.

"Skylar, get down!" Nova yelled and I immediately halted then ducked behind a tree.

Arrows whipped past me and I had to hold back a scream as an arrow landed in the tree that I was currently hiding behind. I managed to keep my breathing steady and once the coast was clear, I began to run again. The attack returned but I never stopped running. If these assholes thought they were gonna get me again, they were wrong. Wait, I got an idea.

I turned around, raising my hands then knocked down every tree. My marks began to glow and more trees fell with loud thuds, shaking the ground. Howls were heard from behind the trees and I knew they were trying to fight there way through. Once the last tree fell, I continued to run while trying to catch my breath all at once. I tripped over a branch then stumbled forward, falling on my back.

"Ow," I groaned, coughing harshly.

"Skylar, I think I have an idea, we're going to try something, okay?" Nova said.

"Try what?" I asked, struggling to stand up.

"Klause can teleport right? So, we're gonna try that as well."

"B-but would that work?"

"We're about to find out. Now, face forward, stick your hand out, and think of the place you want to go."

With a nod, my hand went up and sparks of black lightning  started to flicker. I decided to use my other hand and the sparks increased before smoke started to form around me and the forest I was lost in, started to disappear. Next thing I know, I fell with a thud and landed on the kitchen counter.

"Holy fuck that hurts," I muttered, rolling off then landing on the floor.

"Yeah, we're gonna have to work on that," Nova said, chuckling. "Now, where's everybody?"
