Spirit Recognition

When loved ones are around that have passed away, they will make themselves very known to you. Either from a smell or just a feeling. Other energies that come through might be guides or present themselves in a way they know you will see them. You can meditate on it and ask for a name, and whatever feels right, is most likely the entities' real name.

If you're ever working with energies that are making you uncomfortable, you need to tell them in a firm voice, to leave and never return. Imagine a purifying white light coming and washing away all the negative thoughts and energies this entity has caused. Always work with perfect love and perfect trust. Think positive thought, listing to your favorite music, and just smile. These will ward away those negative entities and bring in the good ones.

Spirits are particular here when there is unfinished business. You will either feel a very strong presence or they'll actually appear to you, speak or make a small apparition. Some people become light-headed out of the blue when entities make an appearance to them, I know I have. Where ever extream joy is near, your intuition may be heightened and the viel is short, I 100% guarantee...you will encounter the spirit realm.

Usually, you'll have the "Scent of Spirit." This is when your loved one has died, and you may smell their cooking, perfume, or even the smell of their favorite cigar, or cigarettes. They're just visiting you letting you know that they still remember you and are watching over you. Give thanks to them, and leave OFFERINGS.

The "Taste of Spirits," can be very common. I get this a lot! Whenever you get a weird taste out of the blue, that's also your passed loved one letting you know they still remember you. This spirit recognition is one of my favorites because it's so strange.

Now, this! Actually, to me, s the most powerful experience you'll ever encounter. Feeling Spirit! This is often the first way they will try to make contact with you. You might feel a slight tingle in your hand, the hair on your neck stand up, you'll feel a cool breeze out of the blue, or a tingle or chill for no reason. Your mood might also change based on whatever energy is around you. From happy to mad, awake to sleepy, creative to empty, and visa verse. You can also experience sleep paralysis....which believes me is. not. fun.

Hearing Spirits, maybe voices in your head, not your self conscious! Your name may be called OR you may be repeating the same name in your head for hours. This will take time to sort out, please be patient with yourself and with the spirits. Fun fact, you may start to studder in the middle of a conversation, this could be because if you're working with the spirit realm, that the spirit is trying to tell you or the person you're talking to something.

Everyone's psychic senses are different. Some see, feel/touch, hear, or dream. Some spirits will come in your dream and come to you when you awake. You might see a flash of light in the corner of your eye, a figure moves very quickly, you might smell them, or even hear like someone called your name or EVEN footsteps...Ooooooooo. They could mess with your hair, or gently crawl at you, or brush their hand against your face. It could feel like a bug is crawling across you, or (for you smart assess) "ItS jUsT mY nErVeS"  As time goes on you can determine which of your senses is the strongest and practice with those.

Sometimes you'll just feel the presence of a woman or a man, or a dog or a cat. You may even see an indent in your couch or bed, a chair might slightly move or see a glimpse of a face. It is very important that when you do feel something, when your ready, close off the veil by saying "I, here and now close this viel with love and light!" You can attract spirit by lighting candles, incense oil, lavender,  and frankincense are very effective tools. Use a smudge stick before your done just to get rid of unnecessary energies.
