Chapter 2: Drunk in love

Hayes POV

I was texting Bailey & then he stopped texting me back. I feel sad but I shouldn't i don't know what I feel for Bailey but I know it's not love that's for sure. Thinking makes me sleep so I close my eyes and sleep.

~Next morning~

I wake up & don't feel like looking my best so I grab sweatpants & a shirt. I put on my black vans then head for the door.

I get on the bus & see Bailey at the back so I sit next to him. He looks like he's sleeping so I put my face really close to his.

We hit a bump, his head jumps right up & hits mine.

"Holy shizzle you scared the crap out of me" he says laughing.

"My head hurt I think you caused some brain damage" I say while rubbing my head.

"I don't think there was any brain to damage" he says smirking.

"Shutup" I say playfully.

When we arrive at school we see kyle waiting. Of course

"Hey guys" kyle smiles.

"Why are you smiling" I ask him.

"Nothing" he laughs.

Whispering into my ear I hear Bailey say.

"We can see your ***** shape through your sweatpants".

I look down & feel the shade of pink growing on my cheeks.

I go into the bathroom & fix it & head off into class but I'm still wondering why kyle & Bailey were looking.

~Skip to break~

"Oh my jebus we have so much homework" I complain.

"I'll do half & you do half & we'll give each other our half to copy" bailey says.

I agree

We walk towards the pond & we see a group of older kids there.

When we're about to leave but they invite us to come sit with them.

"Hey what are your names" a guy with dirty blond hair asks.

"I'm hayes and this it Bailey" I say.

"Let us introduce our selves I'm Matthew but call me Matt" he says.

"Im jack"

"Im also jack"

"Im carter"

"I'm Aaron"

"And I'm shawn"

"Nice to meet you guys" Bailey says.

"Hey you guys left me" we hear a voice say behind us.

"Sorry kyle" Bailey says.

"Oh & that's kyle" I say with a bit of annoyance in my voice.

Idk why but I just don't like kyle. I feel annoyed by his presence and I hate when Bailey talks to him.

"Hey Kyle" they say all at once.

"Hey"he replies.

"Aren't you Nash's brother hayes?" shawn asks.

"Yes why?" I ask.

"Because we're friends with him." Carter says.

"Oh that's cool" I tell them.

We start talking until it's time for class.
Math goes by fast & I'm already on the bus sitting next to Bailey.

We are sitting in the last seat of the bus so the seat can fit 5 people.
Kyle sits next to us & I just stay quiet until he gets off.

"Wow you were very quiet" Bailey says.

"Ik because I have a headache you mind if I lay my head on your lap & use it as a pillow?" I ask.

"Sure" he says.

Baileys POV

Hayes looks so cute when he's sleeping. His face is so perfect. Wait what am I thinking. I do not like hayes. I'm not gay. I look down at his body & notice his **** shape through his sweat pants. I can see his underwear since his shirt is lifted up. I quickly look away when I feel him shifting he opens his eyes.

"Good morning" I joke.

"Hey how long have I slept?" He asks.

I look out the window & see that were right by my stops.

"Oh crap sorry I forgot to wake you up at your stop but you can stay at my house" I say.

"It's fine & thanks" he says.

We go upstairs & play Xbox for an hour until I hear Zachs voice.

"Come down & eat moms not home so I made you guys food" he yells.

We go downstairs & we see Apple juice & sandwiches, I also see a smirk on Zachs face. He did something to the food.

Hayes is already sitting down before I can warn him he chugs the apple juice.

"I love apple juice" hayes says.

Zach starts to burst out laughing. I take a sip of the apple juice & taste a bit of beer.

"You mixed our juice with beer" I yell.

"Yes & Hayes was stupid enough to chug it all in one sip" he says.

I see Hayes start to lose his balance so I bring him upstairs to my room & lay him on my bed.

I hear him say weird stuff like apple juice, cheese, Nutella covered rainbows.

I lay down next to him to make sure he doesn't fall & turn off the light.
He puts an arm around me & licks my ear I don't question why because he's drunk but he does look cute. My body is extremely close to his & his lips rest on the back of my ear. I start to close my eyes when I hear....

"I love you Bailey"

I'm shocked does he mean it or is it because he's drunk idk the thinking makes me fall asleep.
