Baileys POV

There was another person in the car with Taylor. He wasn't alone. Shawn was with him. So depressing to see that two lives have been lost. Hayes blames himself for wanting to leave his house. He couldn't predict the future so I don't see how it's his fault.

We were at their funeral. Both parents wanted them together they wanted each other's support. I saw a little girl she looked a bit like Shawn. I came to the conclusion that she must've been his sister. Poor little girl she just lost a role model.

I zoned out during the funeral. My head was flooded with the times I hung out with them or seen them.

Hayes poked my arm and signaled me to to go up to the caskets. The jacks and Carter came with us. I stared down at them. I pulled two rings that I had boughten for the both of them. I slipped them onto their fingers. Engraved on one of them was Forever and the second together.

I didn't know what else to do so I stood facing forward while the rest were exchanging saddening glances.

We sat back down and prayed hoping they were in a better place.

They deserved to be.

All throughout the funeral I felt a pair of eyes burning a hole through the back of my head. I looked around and had seen someone I never seen before. He stood up and was walking where we were seated.

"Hey I'm Sammy" he greets.

I simply waved but no one else showed any sign that hey wanted to talk. He seemed to comprehend that. After he left somewhere inside of me felt like he was a bad person.

Two boys sat next to hayes. Hayes weakly smiled at them. They were attractive and I wasn't fully happy that they were his friends. He talked to them always and wouldn't stop. He was avoiding me for some reason. I thought it was because he was still trying to get over the deaths of Shawn and Taylor but I wonder if he's just trying stay clear from me.

We left the funeral and I was standing outside waiting for hayes and will to take me home. I saw hayes but he was with his buddies. The group looked like they were having a good time. They got into wills car and drove off. I couldn't believe I had just gotten abandoned. They ditched me for those idiots.

I sat down on a curb with my face in my hands. No tears were being let out. I wanted to cry but my body didn't.

I felt a light tap on my shoulder. It was Sammy. He looked concerned.

"Where did your boyfriend go?" He asks.

"He went with his friends. His did you know he was my boyfriend?"

"The way you were clinging to him" he says. I giggle my face probably a light shade of pink.

"Do you need a ride home cause if you don't i could take you?"

"Yea sure that's sounds fantastic"

"Alright let's go"

He pulls me up and escorts me to his car. He the door for me as well. I wished hayes would do that for me. I sigh.

"Sammy?" I ask.

"Yeah?"

"Can you take me anywhere other than home? It's just that I rather not be there"

"Of course oh and you can call me Sam. You should be honored only special ones can call me Sam" he winks.

My cheeks were starting to heat up. Sam had that effect on me. He has done it to me twice already and we hardly knew each other.
