Pokemon: The Misadventures in Unova

Chapter 7

At the apartment, the 3 or.. rather, 4 people were sitting down discussing what had happened.

Frost, Rosa, Profesor Juniper and Gym Leader Burgh.. who invited himself in after hearing the Professor was around..

" So... after all, we still don't know what their organization is after ?" (Frost)

- "Well.. I do have a clue, but it can't be that easy.." (Prof. Juniper)

- "Then, our option is to wait ? Humm, perhaps it shall be necesary to make a piece of warning ..." (Burgh)

- "Uhm.. I'm just here to ask... but wasn't Team Plasma disbanded ?" (Rosa)

Frost glanced at Rosa.. something caught his attention, the word 'disband'

- "So they were a bad organization, they were gone for good and here they are again ??" (Frost)

He glanced at Juniper, who owes an explanation.

- "Well, yes... now the correct term is divided into factions.. one is good the other isn't you can tell which is which.. But the point is, 2 years ago.. They wanted to take control of Zekrom and Reshiram, the two legendary pokemon to take over Unova and possibly the whole world. But failed by a man named N and a duo of trainers who are traveling around. Making them disband since N took Zekrom and Reshiram with him somewhere far away. " (Prof. Juniper)

Serious Juniper is strange for Frost.. for everyone else it's normal.. or cool in Rosa's ey— Oh Burgh's eyes too.

- "Then, it's easy to guess.. they're looking for another... no, they know there is another. No clear evidence really.. but it's a hunch." (Frost)

With everyone's opinion chipping in, they drew lines and lines only to form a circle and land to what Frost's hunch was.

They decided to call it a day and the guest left– but Rosa had come up to Frost before leaving.

- "You know, I never got to know about your hometown.. So I'll give you my number on the Xtransreciever. There ! I'll be going to Nimbasa city and I know you have your job.. but I hope to see you again, Friend !" (Rosa)

With the same old positive attitude she says.

- "Likewise.. I'll be heading to your hometown, to talk with the gym leader. Maybe I'll even get the pokemon egg to hatch along the way. The professor was going to check on it tomorrow morning. So I'll let you battle her. " (Frost)

And Frost, with the usual non-chalant yet friendly attitude replied back, giving out waves of goodbye and finally closing the door...

Only to see a grinning professor

- "Ho Hou ? What's this I see ? (Prof. Juniper)

- "Sigh.. Not you too... She's my first friend I've made !" (Frost)

- "Heh heh.. Sure, sure.. I'll let you in on something.. She shares phone contact with 'interesting' people... In any case, the scanner should find what's so bizarre of the egg you got at midnight.. but let's check in the morning.. shall we ? I'm feeling sle~epy" (Prof. Juniper)

She lets out a big yawn in the middle of her word.. and sluggishly walks to her room..

And now it's just Frost thinking, Froakie came around the corner, with a miniature sleeping hat on his head hopping over and tugs on Frost's pants

" Hm ? Oh.. well, I was just thinking on how we're heading to Virbank city before Aspertia... There's a Gym there and Juniper told me to check it out.. I won't battle.. just so you know." (Frost)

- "... Gero ? Gero, Gero !" (Froakie)

He seemed confused, then made gestures of boxing.. is he saying he can fight ?

- " I can't understand you.. But if you can fight, good.. But I don't want to involve into too much hassle, I mean.. Look what happened, if the fight continued we would have probably lost the Professor.." (Frost)

- "..Gero.. Gero !" (Froakie)

Now he's putting his fist to his heart, leave it to him ?

- "I know you'll protect me.. Us. One day you'll meet her.. don't be harsh on her, she's.. afraid/shy and uncontrollable in a sense. . Well, let's sleep now, we go once the egg is scanned. Should be ready by tomorrow. "
