《Curiosity kills the cat》

{Flashback, to Alola 2 years ago. .}

- "Man, Acerola is tough as ever.. her Palosand is a tough one.." (???)

The boy groaned, leaving the battle facility, where pokemon battles take place.

- "Ehehe~ You should have listened to Frost and teach your pokemon a Dark type move you know ?" (???)

Once more the boy groaned following up with a sigh.

- "Alright, fine ! Frost, could ya help me get a dark move ?" (???)

- "Yeah, just let me get it on my house.. I think I had Night slash or something.." (Frost)

- "Oh for Mimikyu~ ? I take it she doesn't want to learn Night slash either ?" (???)

The girl giggled after seeing the exhasperation in Frost's face.. It took him a whole day to convince the Pokemon.. just for it to learn one move, the next time is not so easy.. she won't budge and keeps disappearing off somewhere.

- "Shows ya how close you two are ! I mean, you're one of the best trainers here ! Not to mention how on sync you and Mimikyu are !" (???)

Frost just gave replied with a sigh in the middle. .

- "Yeah, but most of it is because of her ability to fake out the enemy with her puppet.. that's really it.. I'm not 'that' special–" (Frost)

Then the girl came up in front of the young trainer holding her hands making a fist expressing her vigor.

- "That's not true ! Because of you we've gotten better and better, not to mention I faced my fears of pokemon and I can dedicate myself to being a Trainer !" (???)

- "We-Well.. when you put it that way. It's not so bad.. I suppose.." (Frost)

And a pinking streak went to his cheeks, they think of him much highly than he thinks of himself.

{Later at home. . .}

At this day, it.. wasn't a good day for the both of them.

It isn't her fault, it's his..

Mimikyu just stood there staring menacingly at Frost. Afterall, who would be okay to peek at their secret.. ?

N e v e r. . . Check what's 'under'.

It was a mistake, that's all it was. . .

{Next morning}

Frost had collapsed.. his 'sister' arrived and called the emergency service.

Now there he laid stuck in a hospital till they check either the cause or wait till he gets better.

Nobody knows but him..

After two days of recovery and check ups.

He distanced himself from her.

He wasn't the same towards Pokemon.
From an outsider's perspective, he would seem as kind.. but for those who know him, he'd be acting unusually kinder.

Just a few days ago he was pushing himself and his pokemon to his limits and now he makes sure not to get 'too' tired, worried over his and other's pokemon.

His dream, now changed... every young kid either wishes to be a Pokemon Trainer or get an actual Job. His was the former, and now the latter..

The cause is still unknown.. at least for most people..
