I'm gonna fast tomorrow because today I ate so much I'm such a failure! I hate myself!
It'll be easy tho cause I won't be home all day and I'll drive to my parents in the evening and just go straight to bed!
I at least walked quite a bit like 11.634 steps which is good I reckon.
I'll have to work on a v important essay all weekend I'll come up with an eating plan for that tomorrow also I'm on my period 😩How is y'all's day going?
Another thing I wanna add is a daily song recommendation because I love music I actually play three instruments and in grammar school in Germany my major was music. Also I always was in orchestra.
