Hikari's POV
It had been a few days since the battle training and everyone, including Midoriya, was healed. Apparently, there was an argument between him and the guy with the explosion quirk; I think his name was Bakago or something. Recently, I have also gotten closer with Aira and we have been seeing each other a lot after the incident in the infirmary. She's really sweet and it kinda feels like I've known her for years! Some of the boys have tried to talk to me but I always shied out of the conversation and ran back to a classroom or corner to wallow in.
I've been speaking with Nozomi a lot as well as principle Nezu about my anxiety attacks. You see, they've been getting worse and we need to find a way to almost prevent them from happening during work hours. After a few hours of discussion, we came to the idea of looking for a support animal that I could bring to school and have with me if I needed it. Nozomi and I decided on getting a dog as all the boys are happy with dogs and I may or may not have a soft spot for them.

Today was the day that we were going to meet my support dog and it also happened to be the day that my class was going on a field trip for Rescue training. I ended up not going to the Rescue training as my mental health was a lot more important than anything.
The drive was long and weary: about 2 hours. It seemed as though the road never ended until we turned off of the main set of roads we were on an onto the back roads. The slim paths lead us to the facility which should out from the scenery. A modern structure in the middle of nowhere. Stood out like a sore thumb it did.
"You ready?" Nozomi asked, turning to look at me as he spoke.
I barely nodded and we both exited the car and walked to the building.
Paperwork. Paperwork. And more paperwork. There were loads to fill out and my head spun at all the tiny words.
"Oh my god, is that it?" I finished signing my last signature in the terms and conditions, sighing and relaxing.
"Yup, that's it. Are you ready to meet him?" The bubbly lady who was helping us fill out the paperwork asked.
I nodded grinning, excited to meet my new friend. We walked down a few corridors taking 2 lefts and a right before coming to a room that read 'Support Dogs'. I smiled at Nozomi as we followed the lady into the room. Most of the enclosures were empty as we passed seeing only a few dogs. We came to the end and the lady stopped.
"This is Scout. Your support dog."
He was beautiful. A chocolate brown Australian Shepard with caramel-coloured and white patches. His eyes were the brightest blue and his black lips looked as though they were forming a grin.
The barred gate opened and Scouted jogged out coming straight to me and sniffed me all over. I laughed as the ticklish feeling and gave him some attention by rubbing behind his ears and under his chin. In return, he gave me and slobbery kiss to my cheek.
----------------------
Walking to school was stressful. I had heard about the attack at the USJ and it had been 3 days of no school for recovery. Scout was trotting at my side bushing against my legs every so often with his black harness that had many badges stitched to it. Most of them were mentioning that the handler - me - had a panic disorder and that no one was to pet him. I sighed as we reached the UA entrance, pushing up my newly weighted backpack containing Scout's food, water and portable bed.
There were so many stares as we walked down the corridors and a few tried to distract Scout but I managed to say 'No.' and then carry on towards 1-A classroom.

I'm so sorry for the delayed update but school is annoying and I am now writing my Hiakyuu fanfiction alongside this one. Please bear with me and be patient for the updates.
