Marius (Jäger) sat with the crumbled cards in his gloved hands, across from Dominic (Bandit), who drank with delight.
"Dom, have you ever had a girlfriend, I should set you up with someone because you seem lonely."
Dominic's muscles tensed up, his shoulders seemed to rise.
"No, I'm fine," his voice sounded so sad, and regretful. His comrade took note of this.
"Are you okay? I-I'm sorry if I had offended you, I did not mean to."
"It is fine, I don't have a problem telling you stories." Marius set down his cards.
"But you better not tell anyone, I trust you." Marius nodded his head.
"There was this girl I met, back-all the way back to when I was in Hell's Angels. She was so beautiful, not like any one I have ever met. She loved me even through the thing."
"What was her name?" Marius asked.
"(Y/N), pretty name isn't it?"
"Ja." Dominic had a small grin on his face for split second.
"When did you guys meet?"
Dominic chuckled, "At a bar of course, I just saw her sitting with her friends and I thought it was a good idea to take the chance, and I did."
"Ooh, how did that go?"
"Look, Marius, I'm not that bad of a talker. It went pretty smoothly if you say so."
"Ja right. How was her personality, fun?"
"She had such a bubbly, lively personality. The exact opposite of me, but she still loved me. Even when I had problems that were my fault, she loved me when we screamed at eachother," he looked down at the table, "I never noticed that she was just scared for me."
"What happened?" Marius gulped as if he regretted asking.
"All my stupid faults and my temper ended the relationship. She had done nothing wrong. (Y/N) tended me whenever, and what did I do, Marius? I ended it, and I've never heard from her again." Dominic sighed with a cold intensity.
"I'm sorry."
"You don't have to be, but I miss her you know?"
"I understand, Dominic."
"I just miss her," his voice was breaking.
"Do you want more to drink?" Marius had never seen him so vulnerable.
"No, I-I think it's late enough, let's go home."
"Alright, tomorrow at uhm 8:00?"
"Sure." Dominic watched Marius walk towards the exit, but slow down.
"What is her name again?" Marius asked.
"Her name? (Y/N), (Y/N) (L/N)."
"Thank you, Dominic, see you tomorrow." Dominic waved a goodbye at him, slipping on his thin jacket, and heading out the door into the dark, cold night.
