The bullets pierced through your vest, too fast to even notice. You fled into an empty room, reloading your AR as your chest and right arm burned in waves of pain. Your mouth was shut, and you groaned and writhed, stifling your screams into the sleeve of your arm.
You heard your comrades call for you on your device, fallen onto the ground. Elias pleaded for you to answer, and mustering up your strength, you managed to get hold of them.
"I'm down, west side of the house." Your voice had given up.
"Oh shit, I'm coming, please hold on!" You heard him scream. You kept on listening, leaning your head to rest on the wooden walls behind.
"Elias, you'll die, and then we'll lose two!" You heard a voice faintly through the call. The walkie talkie's cluttered audio prevented you from hearing anything else, you had lost signal.
You sat, gun in hand, waiting for the terrorists to come in and finish it. There was no use getting up anymore, and you thought of the outcomes.
If you get up, death from blood loss, you had taken to many shots from those bastards. Stay and sit, you either die from blood loss or they kill you. Maybe wait for them to come in and then take them down? No, their smart enough to prefire.
You heard boots clatter on the ground, a group of chuckling voices screaming for you to come out wherever you were hiding. Your tired and half-lidded eyes blinked, a blurry haze and headache you were in. You quietly chuckled, your throat scratching and sore from all the last missions you were on. Waves burned through your wounds.
With one last goodbye, you lit a cigar you had in your pocket from Adriano (Maestro), tears blurring up your vision as the cigar burned. You blew out a puff of smoke, chuckling and accepting your final destination. Swiftly, you smashed the cigar on the concrete, listening to the calls of your enemies come closer.
You couldn't hear barely anything as your vision blurred, and blackened. But, a scream arose.

Sweat dripped down your face, a chilling sensation sending down your spine. A quiet steady beeping sound made you realize where you were. You glanced at your arms, wires and things clipped on them. Calming down, you heard footsteps enter the hospital room.
"(Y/N)?" You turned to see Elias, holding a can of what looked like Dr. Pepper. A grin spread on his face, "you're awake!"
You couldn't help but smile as he ran to gently embrace you, too scared that you would get hurt again.
