CHAPTER 23

        We saw that bitch walking down the street, so I stopped the car and got out. "Hey your the one who drugged my Fiance,what the fuck was you thinking you could have killed him!" Pushing her.

        "I didn't drug anyone, so you need to back off!" pushing me back. Ronnie got out the car and she looked at him and her face was priceless."You don't remember me the guy at the bar that drunk that drink you bought me!" Ronnie said walking behind me. She tried to run but I chased her and tackled her. I got on top of her and I was beating her face in "Don't ever talk to my man, nor touch him!" I said punching her. Ronnie pulled me off of her and we ran to the car. "Baby you really beat her ass, I think you killed her tho!" "I didn't kill her she got the shit beat out of her for doing that to you tho!" We got home and Kayanunna was rocking Ariaunna to sleep. "Thank you for watching her KeyKey, your a really good aunt!" Giving her a hug. "You welcome, and You mister stop drinking that's what I do!" Poking Ronnie in the stomach. He just jumped on the couch and past out. My hand hurt like a lot from hitting her and missing some and hitting the concrete. I saw I split a couple knuckles. I went to clean them and it hurt like a bitch.

        "Ronnie will you come help me please!" I yelled. He jumped from the couch and ran over to me. He put some band aid on my hand and wrapped it in some wrapping stuff. "Thank you baby!" kissing him. "Welcome Mike Tyson!" he joked. Then the next thing someone was banging on our door like the fucking police. "Who is it!" Ronnie yelled. They didn't answer. "Who the fuck is it!" he yelled again I walked over to our daughter and held her so she couldn't cry. They kept banging over and over, then they bust open the door and pointed a gun at me holding my daughter. It was that girl I beat up like an hour ago.

"What are you doing in my fucking house you bitch!" giving Ronnie the baby.

        "You will pay for what you did to me you bitch!" she screamed. I ran up to her and tried to grab the gun and it flew across ed the room. Ronnie ran out the door to the car and put Ariaunna in it. He ran back trying to look for the gun but couldn't find it. Me and this girl was fighting on the floor. I was on top of her beating her face in so she couldn't even breath anymore. Ronnie went to check on our daughter, and took her the the neighbors house. That girl grabbed the gun and shot randomly. I felt something hit my arm and my chest. The next thing I know everything went black. I could her everything still and it was weird. Ronnie was yelling my name and I heard the door slam. 

When I woke up I had wires everywhere and a mask on with a tube going down the throat. I wasn't all awake but I could see, well barely. It felt like I was legally blind. Ronnie was standing over me stroking my head and he was crying hard too. I grabbed his hand and tried to squeeze it but my strength was so weak.

        "Baby everything is going to be okay!" he whispered. I knew everything was going to be, then I thought of Ariaunna. I wiggled and looked at Ronnie I tried to talk but I couldn't. "The baby is fine baby she is with my dad!" I felt a sudden relief when he said that. I calmed myself and felt myself drifting away to sleep. "Karley wake up you need to stay awake baby!" shaking me. I opened my eyes and groaned. My chest hurt so much. I pointed to my chest and looked at Ronnie. "You was shot Karley in the chest and arm" he said tearing up again. I looked down and saw myself wrapped up like a mummy. My neck was stiff and my legs were numb. The doctor came in and showed us some ex rays. When he showed the one of my chest..I cried because it looked like I couldv'e died. "Its okay Karley your still alive baby!" Ronnie said kissing my head. Then he showed us the one of my arm and I have a fracture between my shoulder blade on my elbow. It looked like it hurt like hell but it didn't as much my chest. The doctor said I have to stay for a month for surgery and check up.

"And I'll be here night and day too!" Ronnie added. I love him so much. Ronnie's family walked. Ari came running to me trying to hug me but couldn't because of all the wires and machines. " Are you in pain Karley!?" Ari said. I shook my head yes and winced because of my stiff neck. Ronnie took Ariaunna from Keyaunna and kissed her. I smiled and tried to hold my hands out to hold her. He moved some of the wires and laid her on top of me and I hugged her so tight and kissed her everywhere. Keyaunna picked her up and took her to the bathroom to change her diaper.

 "Baby girl I'm so sorry this happened!" Ronnie's dad said. I kissed his hand and shock my head. Ari gave me a present and kissed my head. I took it and smiled. I opened it and it was pictures of us when we spent the day together. I started to cry and held my hands over face crying. Ronnie stroked my head and I held his hand on my cheek. I grabbed a piece of paper and a pen and wrote "I love you guys so much, you guys are my life thank you for being here and loving me, and I love you more Ari!" I gave the paper to Ari to read, she read it and everyone hugged me and Ari yelled. "Yes I'm her favorite not you Keyaunna and Jackson!". Ronnie gave me a long kiss and everyone went "ewww, get a room!" then Ronnie laughed. "When she gets out of here we will!" I hit his leg.

Everyday for the past 2 weeks they came in and kept me company. They moved me to a different room when that took all that tube and wire shit out of me. Everyone left for a couple day to take care of business, so it was just me and Ronnie. He laid in the bed with me and we cuddled. Then the phone rang.

my mom.

"Hello?"

"I'm okay mom, Ronnie is here with me!"

"no its not his fault, shut up don't say that!!"

        see this is why I don't come around anymore!" I hung of the phone. Ronnie got up and walked away. "Where are you going baby!" He looked behind him and pouted. "Its all my fault your in here Karley, if I never left and met her this would have never happend" I knew where he was coming from but this was really my fault in this I slapped him and made him mad and he stormed out. "No its my fault Ronnie I slapped you, I knew I should have never done that and you was up set!" He walked back over to me. " I was being a dick and yelled at you I deseved it Karley!" "No you don't deserve anything your perfect, and good father, and a good fiance to us and I'm so thankfull for you, I love you Ronnie!" Holding his hand. He kissed me and I grabbed his face holding him.He laid on top me and we was making out in the hospital bed.
