She packed some clothes and her favorite neckglass along with some notebooks, mangas and other book in a bag. But then she found a note on her desk.

Dear Izumi,
I'm sorry for not letting you know but I think I might die soon. But remember it's not your or your brother's fault so don't blame yourselfs for not protecting me.
A few days ago there was an incident on the shopping centre. I was there that day and well I saw does who were responsible for this. I hoped they wouldn't find us but they did. So.. I can't tell that in person but I'm really proud of you and I hope you'll stay on the right path. That's my biggest wish.

'Mom...' she cried again. 'I'll try my best!' but then she turned the note around.

'Why always me? No quirk, no father, no peace, many injuries, a bully, no real heros... All fake except for Izumi and Mom... Huh?'

He picked up a note form his wardrobe.

Then someone knocked on his door. Izumi opened it with a soft smile on her lips. "You ready?"

He nodded. "But I need a photo from mom's room first." she nodded and after they got the photo's in the envelope. Then they left their home.

~At the Bakugous
after Izumi hung up~

"Why? Why Inko?" Mitsuki whispered. "Darling? Are you alright?" Masaru asked carefully.

He walked up to her and gave her a hug. "N-no.. Inko... Izumi just... told me she.. she... died..." Mitsuki cried.

"No.. it can't be... She's such a lovecaring person! How could someone do such an awful thing?!" he said.

"I-I don't know... Why her...?" she sobbed again. He hugged her tighter. "They both need now I strong person, darling. We need to stay behind them, to help them, to catch them.. It won't help if we all cry. We need to support them!" Masaru whispered.
