You wondered how, you wondered why. Was this real? Or was it just another dream you were about to wake up from?

Standing on stage, and performing alongside your friends whom you achieved your dreams with. It felt too good to be true. In a way, it felt surreal. As if everything would vanish and go back to normal. The exhausting, never ending trainee days. You were glad it was over, but worried as hell that this moment was just a dream. Or another one of your endless daydreams and fantasies throughout being a trainee.

You felt as if everything was going to slip out of your hands and become out of reach. Actually, you thought debut was never going to come and that it was so out of reach. Impossible, and just a never achievable dream.

But now that you were preforming to celebrate the one year anniversary of your group, you thought deeply about how you still don't believe it. That it didn't sink in yet. That it can't be true. And all of that made you doubt yourself and worry that everything was going to go poof and disappear from sight. You felt so high right now, you thought it can only go downhill. There's no way it's going to get better. No way.

But oh boy were you wrong.

----------------------------------

The loud cheers from the crowd in front of you almost made you go deaf. There was so many people, waving and holding up banners with different names of idols. You even spotted one of yours and smiled to yourself. When had your group gotten so popular?

"Thank you guys so much for watching our performance! I really hope you enjoyed!" Your leader, Dayoung, said into the microphone, and the crowd went wild.

Dayoung was the sweetest person you had ever met. She was kind, sweet, solicitous and hardworking as hell. She truly deserved her leader spot, because she felt like a mother to the members and especially to you. She was like an older sister, friend and mother all in one. Maybe because you were the maknae, too.

"Yes! Thank you very much guys!" Said Cypher, who was in charge of rap in the group. Cypher was the type of person to never let you down. When she says she can do it, she really can and always owns it. She was also probably the most optimistic person you had ever seen. Always smiling and never losing hope, she puts in so much effort in everything and you admired her for that.

The crowd applauded and cheered for her simple statement consisting of just a few words. Cypher was probably the most popular member in the group.

"But, I heard that Y/N wants to say something!" Cypher announced too loudly, turning her body in your direction and gesturing towards you with her manicured hands.

Your heart beat stronger and your palms got sweaty. You still got pretty anxious on stage, even after a year. "O-Oh, yeah. Thank you so much for supporting us, Crush (fandom name)! You guys are the best! We are so glad to celebrate our first year anniversary together with you!"

There was a loud roar coming from the audience that took you by surprise. You didn't feel like you deserved any of this love. Nevertheless, you smiled broadly and waved to the audience.

Then you parted ways with Crush, bowing and giving multiple thank yous and blowing many kisses. You were happy. Pure joy was spilling out of your mouth with laughs and sparkling in your eyes.

As you stepped down from the stage and you and the members made your way through many people, you noticed someone.

Standing close by, was another idol group that you recognized far too well. Standing there in flashy clothing and well-done makeup, were nine boys. Your senior group, Stray Kids.
